These guys are amazing from Lugo, Mike (the marathon guy), Mr. Buffalo, Tone and the truck whisperer- I hope I didn’t mess up y’all’s names . My 2nd time buying wheels/tires from this location for 2 diff vehicles. Thank you so much for all your help! These guys are the real deal! I highly recommend!

Woke up to a flat tire on a Saturday morning and not many places were open so pumped some air in it and took it up to RNR on main St. Tony and Mike were awesome! Mike has a fantastic sense of humor and even though they were short staffed, he was very prompt. Tony was very informative and relatable and all around a great guy. The tire wasn't able to be repaired but they ordered a new one and even put the donut on for us for no charge. 10 out of 10 recommended this place for your tire needs!

RNR was God sent. I called about 7 different shops to have my breaks replaced and was repeatedly told there would be a 3 week or more wait. RNR was the last place I called, and I was given a next day appointment. When I arrived the store manager Lugo was polite and provided me with a quote and the price was outstanding. I also met the technicians that worked on my breaks, the shop manager Andrew S. and Andrew the technician, they were also polite and explained what was done and what to expect. Great place and people, I'm a happy customer. Thanks to RNR, Lugo and the Andrews.

Been going to R&R for years. Mike and his team always help me out and they work with me when I need it! Will continue to always put my faith in R&R amd stay for years to come!
Update 8/2024: Lewis is great! He's been solid on understanding circumstances and has been there and helping me through. The whole team there are helpful if you stay honest and in communication with them. I'm still going to be a forever person with them.
Yall make things easy for me with all that I've been dealing with and I appreciate you guys beyond appreciation.

Went in for a flat! Logan and buffalo quickly set me up for service, and took care of my vehicle. Service was done within 20 minutes! I was on a time crunch as I was moving, and their prompt and efficient service saved me a huge amount of time! 100% the best tire shop in Suffolk!

Phenomenal! I was stranded on the side of the road and needed a tire right at closing time Luis and Michael helped me get a tire mounted in no time! Their neighbors across the street was no help “they told me they couldn’t get me a tire because it was too close to closing time”! If you’re in the Suffolk area and need a tire, please go see Luis and Michael!!

Having lived here for over 25 years I have come to know alot of the shops in town. Trust is a huge thing with me, i want to be able to send my wife or daughter to get something done with the car without being sold everything they don't need. There are VERY few places in town that i can trust, lets say there was only two I trusted with mechanic work, and tires.
I have never been to RNR prior to this event, I was recommended because my car lowered, and my rims were very expensive. I needed two tires mounted and balanced, and alignment done.
Not only was the service from the phone exceptional, but the end was as well. Both mechanics provided me "VERY DETAILED" explanation of my alignment, what they had to do to to get things back. This team at RNR has made me have 3 places I can trust in town. Well done Guys.
