Ms. Edith is amazing! We stopped by for gas and a quick break. We saw the fresh fried fish and chicken - fried to perfection and had to grab some. We don't eat fried food often and nevertheless at a gas station, but we were very delighted to try it. My husband went back in to thank Ms. Edith. We are grateful for this experience.
