Help me get down in wieght, up in health, and get some peaceful alone time while being around a bunch of ither people. Love it, not liking the bathroom inclusiveness I've only heard about, but all in all it's been great! Especially for the price and availability to the facilities....still trying to hit'm all in the 7cities area...Hampton Roads!? For those that are unfamiliar. Hampton Roads Virginia! Excellent place to vacation!

Likely been here 500+ times at this point since it’s pretty close to our house. They recently got new equipment and the staff is always so welcoming and happy to help if you find equipment that needs fixing, you leave something, etc.
One of the managers recently went out of her way to wish me a happy belated birthday and I thought that was the kindest thing! We don’t have many gym options out in Suffolk and this is definitely a good one.

Planet Fitness on Constance in Suffolk is my favorite. It's very clean, the staff greet you every time, and there are always plenty of machines available!

Clean gym, good equipment, fans run on high making parts of the gym to cold to workout with a fan blowing a constant breeze on you
