I was in the middle of a move from North Carolina to Maryland. Had my car, a U-haul and another Jeep making the journey. My pilot dropped a cylinder right in front of O'Reilly's and Tomas helped me get back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Replaced the spark plug on the back #2 cylinder

I recently bought some wheel bearings for my old Chevrolet online from somewhere else and when I received them they were the wrong ones. I called this O'Reilly's and a man named Ryan picked up and proceeded to look up the correct ones. Unfortunately he was showing his catalog had the same part numbers as what I had already bought.He told me to bring in the old bearing and told me what time he would be working the following day.Within about 10 minutes of arriving he had found the matching one in the back and even looked it up backwards to make sure it was for similar application. He also asked if I was doing both sides, and explained why it would be a good idea to do so while everything was already taken apart. Also asked if I had a locker or limited slip so I had the correct oil for it, which I did, but it was nice of him to check.Thanks Ryan for going the extra mile. Nice to see he's a Volkswagen guy here too, will see you soon! I think I will be coming here instead of RockAuto from now on.

The guy Nick there is a genius I was having issues with my manifold and the sensor was stuck he recommended some stuff that completely fixed it and saved me money I eventually will have to replace the intake but now I don't have to sync time and money into it now this is a very good place they got very good prices and the people are very nice and know what they're talking about thanks again Nick

It honestly felt like I was pulling teeth trying to get help from any employee with my car. I'm not sure if this establishment is under new management, but I will not be going back.

Best experience at an auto parts store ever. Thomas Fasion went above and beyond to help me and my daughter even before he saw we were stranded with 4 kids. I highly recommend Thomas and Suffolk O'Reillys

Every time I go in I look for a guy named Thomas. The guy is one of the nicest most helpful guys I’ve ever met and is always willing to go out of his way to help as if my problem were his. They don’t make too many fellas like Thomas nowadays. The store o am reviewing is 3873 In Suffolk off of Holland road. Go I. And talk to Thomas he will make your day better with his positive attitude and outlook on things and will help you as if you were one of kin folk. Good people and nothing but high praises I’m going back and recommending everyone I k ow do the same

If I could give 6 stars I would. I ended up here after hearing a caliper bolt backed itself off my car. Thomas helped me come up with a solution despite not having the parts in stock. He found an alternate bolt that tht has the same specs and sure enough it worked! I would be literally stranded without his help. Thomas knowledge and experience got me home!
