Just got my nails done last week and now this week, the whole nail has been falling off. It's not supposed to just fall off like that. vibe was ok. Just will never go there again and do not recommend

Went to get a spa pedicure not even a week ago and the polish already came off, whole.. I asked for gel.. I also got acrylic on my big toe and the whole thing completely came off. I’m so disappointed.

I have been going here for about a year now to get my nails done and pedicures. Mike is the one to do my nails and he does an AMAZING job. Even when I ask for nail art he can follow photos I show him easily. I definitely recommend Nauti Nails!

Thank you Tina, Great service. Pedicure was great & your prices are affordable. Which means, I can afford to get a pedi once a month! That’s Refreshing!! French tip manicure was great too! I will be returning!

Twice I went here and requested silver chrome pedicure abd twice these idiots gave me gold. Then the pot belly one told me just try it and if you don't like it well change it. Then when I Saud it was the wrong color they said it was my fault. The guy that works there threatened me and forced me to pay for a something I didn't want and was unsatisfied with. I paid a $100 and they refused to fix the problem. They are rude and racist. Keep your money and go somewhere else! See you in court!Service: Pedicure

Horrible service & work! First last time going there. As I walked in customer warned me as they were leaving out! However, I wanted to a least give it a chance! The worst decision ever. There were 2 other different complaints at my time of service. It was soooo horrible, I stop the technician during the middle of him doing my nails, paid for what he completed, and left! Save your money & time with this place!

I had been to this shop before years ago, but I never returned. I didn't remember why but my usual shop didn't have any walk-ins for a couple hours and I needed service asap. I decided it's been awhile so maybe it'll be better. The only thing good so far is that my polish is holding on quite nicely. The problems I had were 1. I was never asked what pedicure I wanted. 2. The water was less than lukewarm and I asked for it hotter and it still didn't get warm. 3. My tech didn't even act slightly interested in making me feel relaxed. 4. The pedicure was all of 35 minutes long. 5. My feel were in the water for all of 15 minutes. My tech seemed annoyed when I asked for anything until he got his tip he was much more pleasant and aware that I existed. I again won't be back.

DON'T GO HERE!!Not recommend at all! I got a full set and within 3 days I broke 2. Went back in and they fixed(had an attitude because they had to fix) broke 2 more today and went back and they were rude! I should have just went where I normally go(oasis) now I see there quality of work and customer service skills are horrible! I will not be spending my hard earned money here anymore! Funny part is there business cards state "our reputation is on your hands" lol ?? That's hilarious!!!Service: Acrylic nails

I love the nail tech Monica. I've been going about 3 1/2yrs. I only get my manicure there because they reuse the toe separators from the trash can. She was using new ones for me but now she can't. But during covid they made you buy them along with the nail file for $5. So no more pedicures from there for me.

Very rude! 0/10 would not recommend I had a very bad experience here getting a pedicure. And the smell of urine made it even WORSE! Go else where, yuck! Also the service to African Americans seemed to be much different than to any other race. Horrible take your money elsewhere I mean look at the quality of the acrylics on this page.Services: Pedicure

These people are really rude , after going there for quite some time now , they just figured go not even welcome us when we walked in , not only were we welcomed , they skipped over me and my mom and took the next two customers that came in , they made us feel unwanted , i don’t know where we went wrong , they always try to make us get gel nails after asking for regular polish , they always telling u what to get in stead of what u requested , or questioned why , Tina is the most rude one , and her quality of nails and feet isn’t great at all .
