Waste of money and time. Could have painted my nails at home for the service my mom and I received today. Very disappointed! We were rushed into choosing a color for our pedicures then from the moment we sat down to the time we had to let the nails start to dry we received a 15 minute service. They didn’t ask what kind of pedicure we wanted just what kind of nail polish. The lady who did my mom’s pedicure rushed through hers only focused on the cuticles on one foot and only cut one foots nails and excess skin around the nail. She also was in such a hurry she didn’t even paint the full nail on a few of her nails and left the nail polish on the skin. There were no massages of the feet or legs. It wasn’t busy in the pedicure section so I don’t understand why we were so rushed. My mom and I were looking forward to relaxing and enjoying ourselves and instead received a cheap car wash vibe. Overall I felt super unsatisfied and literally could have done our nails at home and saved the money.

Cleanliness: Nail Time makes extra effort to keep their beautiful salon clean and comfortable at all times.
Stylist: Linh, Amy, JT, Travis, Sam…. They are absolutely amazing. The entire staff is incredibly talented.

I enjoyed the experience that my mom and I shared here. It felt like my girl was doing a good job at the time. When I got home and felt my feet, I could feel skin hanging off that wasn’t sanded like it should have been and my toenails are not fully coated to my skin. They look like I had them done a week ago and need to go back for another pedicure already.

Awful expert with Sam! Been there many times over the years. He talked about me to others in shop and laughed. First time ever I’ve walked out. Just because we don’t speak their language he thinks I didn’t know. He. needs to learn English. I will never go back there and no one else there offered any help or apology. ?. I would give a negative rating if I could.

Worst pedicure ever. I never leave reviews but this experience was upsetting and disappointing. I've had great pedicures here before, but as soon as I said I didnt want gel polish I was treated differently. The whole pedicure was only 20 minutes and it felt like they were just bearding people in and out like cattle. Barely soaked my feet 3 minutes, not long enough for my nails to soften. Polish job was horrible. I didn't complain because I just wanted to leave knowing I wasn't coming back.

They were very rude to me and my baby son on my Birthday the lady told us to go and you don’t have to worry about me I won’t be back ! It’s sad how one person can make it bad for the good one ones in they that no way to treat people that spending money ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

My nail looked very nice when they were done. But my experience in the salon was unpleasant. The workers were the most unfriendly I have ever encountered in the decades that I have gotten my nails done. The workers need to understand that customers keep their business going. ALL customers need to be treated kindly at all times. This includes engaging g with them, even for a small amount of time, in English. Workers who only speak to each other in their native language, laugh and joke when customers sit down or speak, and so much more need to realize that some customers understand their language. I will NEVER patronize this business again.

Love this shop! I first came because my lash tech Kim moved here. She is one of the best in the area!! Great time management, and you will never wait!! Then i started getting my mani and pedi done here. I absolutely love their shop and services. Very peaceful and relaxing environment

Thank you Ana - you've consistently done a great job! One trip she wasn't available so someone else took my appointment. Unfortunately the quality was not the same. As a whole I left a lower business rating because of inconsistent service / pricing.
