“We haven’t unpacked our stuff yet so that’s the reason for the 4/5 stars. We just don’t actually know if they were packed thoroughly to prevent breakage. Kathleen was wonderful from what we can tell. She was polite, thorough, thoughtful and hardworking. She had to pack our house alone and she worked hard, didn’t complain a lot and organized when she was done. She double checked with us on certain things about whether we wanted them packed and seemed to genuinely care. Give Kathleen a raise, a bonus or
