This used to be a great nail salon. The last few times I have experienced in and out service. The pedicure and manicure process is rushed. No luxury experience, relaxation or massage.
It doesn’t matter what level of pedicure/manicure spa service you choose, you will receive the “basic” level but charged for the upgraded service you chose. I’ve learned my lesson and will not be back!
Also, the nail stations are gross! As soon as you sit down and place hands on the surface, your hands have dust/grit on them from the previous service/clients. Nothing is wiped down between clients.

0 zeros. I asked for coffin nails and was not satisfied. I asked for a refund with the removal of the nails. Manager was very rude. Claimed to give a refund and take the nails off. 1 month later no refund. I dispute with my bank. Got my refund from my bank. Then 6 months later, yesterday, lavish recharged my card for the nails! I never went back to the place after I complained the first time! WARNING THEY HAVE YOUR CARD ON FILE!!!!! If you want a refund they will not do it. Even if you try to do it, they’ll just recharge. BE CAREFUL. Reporting to the BBB. Fraud. Not only did I not get my nails redone but I got charged 6 months later for no reason.

Horrible place poorly managed poor quality wouldn't recommend at all my wife went there on wedding day to get feet and nails done and jewels was coming off nails the same day she let them know they gave her the run around told her come back Monday then gave the run around Monday refused to call the manager talking about customers while they are still there I would not recommend on our special day the quality of work didn't even last 24hr all she wanted was to get fixed ended up getting them off cause just didn't want to deal with them anymore almost 200 dollars of work smh

This establishment calls themselves lavish as a justification to over charge their clientele. There is nothing lavish, but the price. A starting rate for a full set is $50 regardless of if you get a color or not. They then added on an “extra length” fee of $25 for a medium length. I was also offered a cuticle cut (without mentions of an additional fee) for $10. The young lady also cut my finger while doing so. The set pictured was totaled at $85. The discount was for paying with cash. I was severely underwhelmed with the service, as well as the price. When I inquired about the pricing, 3 employees rushed to the front in a defensive manner. I paid my tab but will not be returning.

I was there on June 3rd around 10:00 am in the mornin. The tech I had was nut the friendliest but I could deal with that. But when I went to tip her I gave her a $10 bill and asked her to give me back $5. She took the whole $10 and put it in her pocket and walked off. I was going to let that go but when I went to pay the lady laid my debit card on the counter like she didn't want to touch my hand. So I said to her, I handed you my card in your hand and I expected you to give it back to me in my hand and not lay it on the counter. Her response was "oh well". Snd she turned around as if she was dismissing me. I will not return if this is how they do business. There's no reason to be rude and nasty but then expect people to patronize your business. I will definitely not be going back & will share my experience with everybody I know that goes there!

First let me say I loved this nail shop. I’m a reoccurring customer here. Even when the shop switched out the whole crew I stayed here and brought so many people to this place. They are now at the point of money hunger and poor work. I ask for a simple arch in my French tips that’s an extra $20 for the arch lol. She put a straight line on my nails talking about this is regular even regular French tips have arch smh if you don’t know how to do it just say that. I got my nails done here several times French tip with the arch and was never charged extra. It was the lady at station 8 with the rhinestone nail lamp who did my nails btw. Don’t go to her if you want anything specific she will do your nails so lazy. I was sent away with messy work and no cuticle oil that’s probably an extra $20 according to her. Never coming back there are better shops in the area.

On 05/02/2024, I came in for a full set for my birthday. I felt like the process was rushed though, which left the my nails misshaped but I let it go. Today is 05/17/24 and I have 4 nails lifting and one completely gone. I am not rough with my hands and been having issues before it even hit 2 weeks with these nails I am disappointed. I’ve never experienced anything like this and for $70 is crazy.

On 5/10/24 my friend and I decided to go get a pedicure while we were in Suffolk. We chose this place because it was the closest to where we were at. We were sooooo disappointed afterwards! First of all,they didn't speak to us. They handed us the nail color sample and the pedicure menu. I think the only thing that was said to us was which one did we want and what color. After that, it went by so fast it was a blur. He did a horrible job on my feet. They were just as rough as when I walked in. Then the polish was applied and it wasn't put on thick enough. It was like the polish was watered down. I could still see my nail thru the blue polish. No massage on the legs, he just rubbed them with oil and lotion. It was the worse experience I have EVER had and it was 65.00 plus tip. I only gave him 5.00 and he was lucky to get that. I am not the type of person to tell them it was not a good job. If they were professionals they would have known how bad it was. Save you time and money and go elsewhere! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

They have been under new ownership for quite a while. I loved the previous salon techs. The new owners and techs don’t seem to know how to actually do nails, at minimum a manicure. I left after my nails were filed horribly uneven, clear polish left on as he was putting a gel coat on, and filing residue painted directly into the gel polish. It was one of the worst manicures I’ve ever had. I do NOT recommend investing your time going here. Go somewhere else.

If i could give this place 0 stars I would. For a $58 dollar pedicure you would think they would spend time on your feet. Technician was rude and provided awful service. I left with my feet looking like I didn't receive a pedicure. Don't waste your time or your money on this place. WILL NEVER BE BACK.

Went in on 3/23 for a manicure. First things, is there is no luxury experience, I felt like I was another customer on a conveyor belt. Of course they want to 'upgrade' you to gel because its supposed to last longer. Its 3/27 that I'm doing this review but my nails looked like this on 3/26. For 40 dollars plus tip, theres no way that in 4 days my nails should start peeling. This happened previously and I went back and a man grudgingly redid the peeled nails. This time I will not be going back.
Update: This is next day. Peeled right off.
