It was a great visit. The cashier was very nice, professional, it was obvious she enjoys her job.I do wish that Kohls in Suffolk had a better selection of women's clothes that appealed to my light skin.

After an Amazon return, the discount was a good incentive. My electric scooter was great because of the size of the store. The customer service desk was quite far. The area I wanted to shop in was difficult to maneuver. Wider aisles would help. Was assisted with joining by helpful cashier.

Availability of clothing in my size was nice. Pricing was reasonable with a courteous, helpful staff.

Sent us the wrong cut and size Levi's. Come to try and exchange,return desk girl (w/ theclown make up) was rude and unhelpful at best,stock is low... But we found a pair... Bring it back to return desk and she says she can't exchange a different cut of Levi's, even though it was not what we ordered anyway... They all got rude , until I spoke up... Horrible customer service!

I was last minute Christmas shopping for my littles. Even 9 days before Christmas they still had so many adorable things still in stock!! The store closest to my house was picked over week after week. Needless to say, I am one happy mama. The staff is always super friendly and happy to help you find what you’re looking for.

Love Kohl's! Take advantage of the sales and use you card. Pay it get Kohl's cash and go spend it super clean people who work there are so helpful and respectful to you. Great Job to the worker's.

I'm so annoyed that we drove 30 minutes out our way because they said they had a specific tie I needed and got there. The line is wrapped around the whole store, which took 3 trys asking where it was just to not have it.

Had to return an item given to me as a gift. It was purchased online and wasn’t delivered with the gift receipt unfortunately. However I was able to return it for store credit. Easy & fast. Last minute Xmas shopping is not for the faint of heart. I had 20 mins left before the store closed with no idea what i wanted to get for my gf. Luckily I was helped by an associate, who I cannot recall their name. But they were super helpful & gave me some awesome suggestions. These brick & mortar stores are on the way out if you ask me. So now more than ever it’s incredibly important to have associates who are knowledgeable, patient and willing to assist.

I love shopping at Kohls. The associates are so friendly, helpful, and professional. Upon entering the store, immediately a store associate asked me how I was doing and if I needed help finding anything. They walked with me and showed me where to find the item I was looking for. During check out. The cashier helped me find my coupons on my email.
