“I recently switched to Tmobile and the customer service I received from the manager, Quanica, was unmatched. She was able to get my plan rate lower and also showed me how to turn in my phones for monetary reimbursement. 'Q' went above and beyond my expectations and would undoubtedly return to this store if I have any questions or issues in the future. If her service if a reflection of Tmobile then I plan to keep my business there a very long time!”
“Was in day after Christmas for an appointment. Store was so busy and the associate who helped us, Killiney, was outstanding! She helped about 4 customers at the same time, remaining patient and kind. Store was short staffed and she handled it with grace and professionalism.”

It was nice to walk into a phone place and everyone was so friendly and helping others with smiles on their faces . This place was a pleasure to walk in. Honestly , Verizon is the only place I have ever been in with unhappy employees who give you a stare while you are waiting to be helped .

She also solved a SIM issue in about 10 minutes that another store couldn't in over an hour.
