The people there are very personal, friendly, and easy to talk to. The process doesn't take long at all. My preparer even took the time to do practice scope to see with I may get back if anything before entering it into the system to be sent. She was truly a blessing to work with as I asked is she would be my preparer next year as she set up a tentative appointment for next year to take care of matters. I would not be willing to work with anyone else but her, as I don't trust easy, nor do I trust a lot of people. However, I trust her to do the right thing for me and do the best she can for me as well.

Our H&R Rep, Cheryl O'Connor, is extremely good at what she does. She is very professional and prepares our returns in a timely manner. She is very accommodating and answers all of our questions with no problem.
