Dropped pap off was told only had to come back the next day to sign. Was not ready wasn’t even started . Had appointment at 3 didn’t get seen till 430 figured ok I just have to sign so won’t be long! They said they didn’t have my tax info when they did because I dropped off day before.they ended up finding them. (Lady just didn’t look hard enough another employee showed her) Couldn’t get taxes done! Apparently there was another appointment waiting and was asked to come back 4 days later???? Was first time going here and will not be back! Lady doing our taxes seemed not to care that we been waiting !!!! And seemed to have an attitude. Like every was our fault.
