I know it can be super crowded and not many registers open but the deals are insane. MVP card is worth it. Insane deals every week. The low prices make up for the workers smoking outside.

They have everything ever in stock that I’ve asked for. I call in advance and the employees always go above and beyond in customer service to check if it’s in stock. They really make you feel valued as a customer. Great selection, awesome prices and EXCEPTIONAL customer service!

Store was clean and organized. Unfortunately, when I went to check out (with a cashier with an empty lane), he couldn’t seem to get his nose out of his phone long enough to barely cash me out.

This Food Lion has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The cashiers do not acknowledge you at the register by greeting you. They do not “thank you” by saying “have a nice” or “have a nice evening”! They don’t even tell you the total of the grocery. They just look at you after they have scanned the last food item. There are times that they are on their cell phones when I walk in to the store and they be on their phones when you walk up to the register. They act like they are doing you a favor by assisting you to pay for your groceries. The managers should notice this type of behavior and train their employees that if it were not for the customers, they would not have a job!!! Worst store to visit ever!
