I am a Private, and charter Motorcoach Captain.
I am relatively new to the private side of things, so alot of the house systems on the private Coach I drive are new to me due to my prior limited exposure to the private side of the bus business.
But the staff has helped me learn all about the house systems, even coming out in person on a couple of occasions to make sure all was well.
I am NOT at liberty to say who I drive for.
But I will say that the staff at Feathlite Coach has been, and continues to be AWSOME!
While ALL the staff at Feathlite are truly wonderful!
There is one guy who definitely deserves to be recognized.
And that is Mr. Mercer.
On multiple occasions he has gone out of his was to help me acclimate to the private side of things.
And is truly a good guy, who cares about the customer!
If he ever decided to join the Military, Mr. Mercer would make an OUTSTANDING OFFER, or NCO!
Truly a good guy!
