“Love the staff here with the exception of Dr. Cochran who is filing in for Dr. Frankel. Dr. Cochran was uneducated on basic medications resulting in a refusal on her part. It is discomforting knowing a physician can practice and prescribe without medication knowledge. I advise anyone scheduled with Dr. Cochran to please schedule with ANY OTHER physician at this office.”

“This group is part of the larger Sentara network now. There is an order of operations to be seen here starting with calling a tela-nurse line (844-MY-NURSE). They can schedule your appointment.I think the staff are excellent. Check-in is standard. I'm always seen right away by staff. They listen and take good notes which you can see on the Sentara MyChart app.A+. 5 stars for that part.The Suffolk Obici facility itself is big, spacious... and never anyone there. I've been here a dozen times and never seen more than 2 people awaiting help.36 rooms to be seen. All empty. Never more than 1-2 medical professionals on staff.The 4-stars are because the logistics feel off somehow. Big, modern facility, but empty.”
