Great experience working with these guys, I couldn't believe the quality of the restoration work on my '65 Mustang. Definitely would recommend if you're looking to get quality work done from people that actually care about your vehicle. They also sent detailed progress photos during the restoration which was a great bonus.

These guys were prompt and fair with me throughout the entire process. They were extremely thorough and answered any questions I had regarding my mustang. I would highly recommend East Side Rides to any of my friends or family.

I brought in my 71' Oldsmobile Cutlass with a 350 rocket for a frame on restoration. I was quoted $18,500 for the restoration with a time frame of 1 year. I had two new body panels for them to put on. After one year passed I was told more time was needed, and East Side Rides ended up asking for ~$30,000 in total. Another 2 years later, almost no work was done. They put on the body panels that I provided, but they were barely hanging on. I went around to many different local shops to find the right one. This shop claimed to believe in family values. How they handled the situation, and the end result was very disappointing. Avoid East Side Rides. I keep hearing other stories from people who have been screwed over by this shop, even years after this incident.

Don't Believe any good reviews for this place. They have a face to show you when you go in for work. Family owned, local, cut you a deal type business. Once you get your vehicle in though completely different story. They will give you an estimate that sounds nice but will continually ask for more money verbally and not include an increase to the statement. They will take all the money they can from you and do the most minimal amount of work they can get away with. I'm sure more than one customer has left East Side Rides the same way I have. A car with little to no work done and multiple of thousands taken. Do not trust these people they will steal the money that funds your dream car.

They will take your money!!! East side rides will ask for more and more and more money. They will do cheap and easy work badly for top dollar money. I cant express this enough do not take your car to these people!!!!

I repeat do not trust randy!! the man will literally steal your money and not do any work and he’ll sabotage your vehicle I’m taking him to court just like everyone else is shop for a shop don’t just go with one!! Terrible, rip off, thief, liar, drains customers of their life savings and retirement before he ever delivers a finished product. Promises weekly that the work will be done but it never is and always has an excuse to ask for more money. He's had my family member's car for over 3 years and has went over the signed estimate by thousands and thousands of dollars. He never takes phone calls only communicates by text if he decides to communicate at all. THIEF!!!

Where to start. East Side Rides is a family owned and operated company. Randy and Lisa I have known for many years, so when I went looking for a classic I knew just who to call. Not only did they find a rare gem “flower girl” they even took time to drive to New Jersey and bring her back to Virginia on there flat bed. Strong beautiful rims and white wall tires she is a beauty. They have made sure that I was kept up to date every step of the way...... If you want to be treated fairly they are the ones for you.

East side rides, is a great family owned business. I got some body work done on my 64 mustang and they were very professional and gave me a fair price. The owners were honest and transparent with cost estimates and the final price.
