This was my first time having my car serviced at Duke Automotive and I must say I received exceptional customer service. Everyone was really nice. Will checked my vehicle out and updated me on what needed to done. There were no hidden fees and all work was completed within a reasonable amount of time. During my checkout I had card issues, so I left to get cash from the bank. Will and another co-worker (Nice young lady - sorry I forgot her name) stayed after closing for me to return. They could have said oh well, we open tomorrow at…..but they didn’t and I thought that was really nice of them.I did have to take my vehicle back because I had the same issue a week after driving. I received my vehicle back in a few days and now 4 days I believe my auto repair has been fully corrected. I understand things happen but it’s about how we fix it. It was handled very well.Overall, I still feel good about this experience and I will be returning to Duke Automotive.This isn’t my local GMC dealer but I don’t mind driving for great service.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Just like to say that Nancy in service took great care of getting the work done on my care. She wasn’t the person I originally talked to but she followed up and got my car in and the work was done quickly and looks great. Her expertise proved to be valuable to me in getting my car back as soon as possible! She also got me a vehicle to drive while the work was being done. Duke Chevrolet/GMC had my GMC truck there for 12days with an electronic control module (ECM) issue and eventual replacement. Not once did Duke reach out over those 12 days to give me an update or any information. Every time I called to check the status of the diagnosis over those 12 days I was on hold for nearly 30mins on both occasions. Finally when they did call to notify me the work was completed and my truck was ready to be picked up it would not travel above 40MPH of which not one word was mentioned to me. I immediately returned where the associate said it had prior work performed to the truck and they were unable to program my ECM and a third party mechanic word have to do so. Further more I could hear the associate making comments to other employees as if I should had known the truck would not operate correctly after their said performed work was completed. Subpar customer service, Subpar mechanic service simply disclose what you are capable of and what you are not capable of. They took my money told me the truck was operable, and when it wasn’t Duke shrugged their shoulders.Service: Auto engine tuning
