Had a 2:15 appointment for a balance and rotation. Guy states they are busier than normal but I will have a 1 hour to 1 hour 45 minute wait. After sitting and waiting for 1 hour and 15 minutes they call me up and state that the advisor had put me on a wait list and It would be another hour and a half wait. Customer service was poor with the only offer being come back another day when they are not as busy.

Poor service from start to finish. I went in on 6/26/24 for tires that I ordered online the night before and set an appointment for 12:15. Upon calling at 11:30am to see if my tires were there I was told they weren’t and they didn’t know when they would arrive. Brett the manager helped me get different tires for my vehicle they fit and a tire pressure sensor. Once the car was ready the guy that worked on my tires tells me to drive the car and the sensor would reset its self. I did that and it didn’t reset. I go back to the store the next day to address the issue and another attendant says the guy yesterday was supposed to check all the sensors and he didn’t. Come to find out I had another sensor malfunctioning which could’ve been addressed the day before. Now Brett tells me he can’t change my sensor because my tires were worn trying to up sale me. No one seems to do their jobs anymore and you are left holding the short end of the Stick $700 odd dollars later and the issue is still not fixed. And Brett never took responsibility for his employees dropping the ball.

I went to buy two new tires and I paid $280 .It was a bad experience my first time there they had put the tires on and I left on my way home my pressure light was on while I was driving so I called the and said something wrong never got out til I got back to the place .I got out and my tire was flat and I was wondering why my car was pulling they say they was sorry but to me they need to take there time moving to fast and still had to say something to tell about my pressure light on they had to reset it but they didn't know that til my husband had to say something to them .I have 2010 honda accord crosstour. Never had a problem with walmart

Tire light came on so pulled into this location. Customer service rep found a small nail between tread. Tire was repaired free of charge. Staff were all helpful and very friendly, courteous and ensured I made it to a scheduled appointment on time.

Friendly, but behind the times. I was told I need to talk to my husband because my rear tires will need to be replaced soon. Make sure to schedule an appointment for faster service.

Had a tire under warranty start to delaminate, brought it in and the person helping me stated its not covered due to my cars ride height and stated my alignment caused it. Showed him my alignment spec sheet showing everything is in spec. Came back a day later and spoke to someone else. Got the tires warrantied and replaced and they Damaged my wheel and the assistant manager stated he wont replace the rim due to the age of the rim. With no resolution, i went to another location and they took care of the issue. I now drive to a farther location to have work done for tires.

Having a flat tire always sucks so it’s a breath of fresh air when you have someone very nice helping you. Jayden was so pleasant and sweet and helped me get the best price he could on my tires . I needed all 4 because I’m notorious for not keeping up with car maintenance but I will be back to get the other two. I can’t remember the name of the guy who put the tires on my car but he was super sweet too. I’d give more stars if I could. I’ll be back and I hope that I’ll get Jayden to work with again.

Went in to get some wheels and tires put on my Mustang, with a staggered setup. They mismatched the front and rear wheels on the driver's side so I was rubbing as soon as I pulled off! Caused damage to my brand new wheel

Woke up to a slow leak in one of my tires this morning, and didn't want to wait too long to get it fixed. I went straight to Discount Tire as soon as I got off work, and they had my tire plugged and I was back on the road before dinner. I waited in the store, and every interaction employees had with customers was friendly and professional.
