Early September I left my tennis racquet to replace strings. I was told that it would be ready in about 1 week and half. End of September - not ready, October - not ready. November 22 - still not ready. After 2.5 months waiting I took it back since it had no sense to wait. Very poor customer service.

Sales Associate named Ben was very helpful. He assisted me with a new pair of walking shoes, insole, and socks. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and welcoming. I plan to visit again for my next shoe purchase.

Terrible customer service with respect to racquet services. I was told my racquet would be restrung within 3 weeks. 3 weeks came and went with no communication. 2 months went by with me contacting the store multiple times for an update and getting non-committal answers before I had to just take my racquet back.
