Not much selection Prices not clearly labeled This chain is one of my favorites but not this location The salad bar and deli is not as good as some locations. Maybe there isn't as much sales. Often not well stocked or fresh I still go for special items but I don't make a special trip Hard to find sales staff to help

They have good fresh produce and seafood. Love double coupon Wednesday's. Sometimes lines get long. Wish they had more registers open.

Very disappointed with this visit. The employees were hard to find. The salad bar needed restocking I had to look around for an associate because no one was around. I walked to customer service to see if anyone could help , once I was in line for a few minutes TWO associate came back to produce to work. I had to jump out of line and walk back to produce and ask for spinach from a woman who was placing price tags on produce. She then ordered another woman to help me. I finally made my salad which was fresh (thank goodness) and headed over to the deli for chicken. There were two workers . Neither one greeted me or made eye contact. I guess the woman that was frying the chicken wasn't in a good mood. She never lifted her head to greet or let us know what was taking so long, it was 2 in the afternoon and not terribly busy. I decided to ask the associate cutting the deli meat what was going on with the chicken and he stated that he didn't even work over there lol. I guess the expression on my face got him to remove his gloves and walk 5 steps away to the chicken and commence to serving the group of patiently waiting customers. Once he came over the line was gone within 3 or 4 minutes ! I must've waited 15 minutes for 4 pieces of what I thought was BAKED chicken. I told him twice that I would like baked chicken lol... Got home and it was fried. I've gotten better treatment at a fast food restaurant or Walmart ... A 10 minute quick trip to the store turned into 35 minutes. I will definitely be contacting corporate.

Definitely the best grocery store in this section of Suffolk (although I haven't been to the Food Lion on Godwin--I'll have to make a trip over there soon). They have a decent selection of organic and healthy items. Check out is usually slow because they don't have many cashiers working--at least whenever I go.

No organic vegetable selection to speak of and that's if there ARE vegetables in stock. Went there to find ginger and found it with mold on it. No lettuce on a Monday? Also went to find every loaf of bread had been smashed in the middle....every loaf, like the guy stocking it grabbed it in the front and gripped his fingers around the middle. Deli people are overworked and can't wait for you to go away. But, hey, it's the only grocery store around other than ghetto kitty.

They've redesigned the interior & it's a lot better. Best grocery store in this part of Suffolk by far.

This place has been remodeled in the last year, and its 18 times more bearable. The front end staff was friendly, and kept the lines moving.
