I have used chips for years. Always professional service at competitive prices. They do what they say every time. I have used them for everything from getting my wife off the side of the road broken down to towing my heavy trucks. 100% recommend

My name is Danny and I was broke down on the side of the road. It was a Sunday and I didn't have many options. Not only were Tyler and Chip there to help they asked if I was hungry and offered to grab some food on the way. You won't find service or humanity like this often and people like this give me hope and I am grateful for the experience.

I called this business around 6:30-7am to put gas in my car, and was told they would be able to help me at 8:30. I call them at 8:40 and was told they didn’t have anyone to help me at the moment and I’d still have to wait. I was so willing to wait because they were only going to charge me $95 while other businesses were charging $150+. I guess cheaper isn’t always better. At around 10 am i get a call saying they’re 20-25 minutes away. when they arrive the man couldn’t put the gas in my car because he didn’t have the correct funnel for my car. which they ask you what is the make, year and model of your car before hand. so how they came unprepared? Not sure. He told me he will tow me to the nearest gas station for $150. the nearest gas station is LESS than 5 miles away. I’m a little frustrated at this point because you made me wait 2 hours longer than what i was originally told and you’re going to charge me $150 to tow me when THEY came unprepared. i called the business and explained my frustration and instead of compromising on a price because of their inconvenience, he denied to help me. very unprofessional and rude so beware.

Update: owner called and apologized. Even offered to pay to get the truck detailed. Definitely made the experience better and will use again.Called for a tow. The gentleman on the phone was helpful however the tow truck driver was not. Wouldnt listen when trying to tell him about the issue with the truck also sat in truck while smoking a cigarette. Will not be using these guys again.Service: Car towing

Very disrespectful worker there. This lady was being racist and not helping me with my problem I had. She didn’t care at all about me and was answering my questions with an attitude. First time ever seeing this kind of a treatment toward a customer. Never using this service again and hope whoever reads this doesnt use it too.
