Best gym I’ve been to! The coaches genuinely care about every member and work hard to help you achieve your fitness goals. All the workouts are modifiable for any fitness level. And the coaches help meet everyone where they are. I love this place!!

BURNfit is a great place to learn the correct technique, then build up to speed. I have had 4 coaches, Troy, Conner, Jess, and Shantae, they are all great. They take the time to make sure you understand the workout and above all else, perform it correctly. They give you the extra push needed to go the extra mile. Sarah is awesome and great to connect with if you have any questions about joining, I felt a little intimidated the first BURN class, but was immediately welcomed by other members and the BURNfit family.

Very friendly staff who are knowledgeable, but don't judge if your performance isn't as great as theirs.It's far for me so I likely might not be back but it's a great place if you're close to it and want to get in fantastic shape!!

Initial impression of the staff was fantastic. Manager is as nice as can be. Facility is big, adequate, and will meet the needs of any athlete. Classes and pricing plans are perfect for my needs. Would recommend.

I took our grandson to meet his soccer team. They worm out there one evening a week. He enjoys it. I sat outside but could see him & his team.

Very inviting gym for all shapes and sizes whether you are wanting to start a fitness journey or squeeze the last bit out of an old body like me. Coaches are very knowledgeable, experienced, and willing to help.

My 3 kids love BurnFit, they are part of Golden Ball Soccer Academy and they practice in their indoor soccer turf facility 3 times a week. A great place to train and work on their technical footwork. Coaches at Golden Ball are very good, best coaches in Tidewater!

Great place to do cheerleading I love it there but I suggest you make is run less laps. And do more stunting.
