They've always been helpful and knowledgeable. Gives good recommendations.Today, there was a nearby tornado/thunderstorm and I was not trying to be caught in it. The employee, Res, let me stay and chill until it was over. We had the weather channel on to track the storm. Wonderful guy. Big thanks to Res for being accommodating.

Great shoppe! I walked in today, 02/09/2023 and knew exactly what I wanted, so I asked and he knew exactly where it was, I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. They have quite the selection, I will definitely travel back across the water to come spend some time here looking at their selection!

An amazing cigar Shoppe with awesome down to earth employees. It's always a pleasure walking into the store being greeted and helped 100% to anything u need. Supports the military and appreciates all customers! My choice for my cigars and supplies.

Always looking for a nice local brick & mortar cigar shop to support and fell upon Bonds. Very pleasant, no pressure experience with a knowledgeable staff who, after chatting about preferences, steered me to a few sticks that I'm excited to try! ...and he even gave my lighter a quick tune-up when I mentioned an issue I was having. THAT'S service! Great prices as well. I'll definitely be back.

Moved to the area and decided to go check them out. Fred was very knowledgeable about the products and the prices were great. He explained all the current deals where on the 1st and 15th of every month they a 15% sale on everything other deals through out the months. I'm excited to be a new customer.
