The WORSE carwash I've been too in Tidewater! Customer service-NONE, towels-NONE, hose came off the vacuum while using it AND to top it off my car isn't clean. Looks like a mess on my bumper and tires. NO stars, but it won't allow that to post. Stay humbled and get a good carwash elsewhere!

Blue Hippo is an great wash all the employees are helpful and welcoming! As a plus I love the free air fresheners and microfiber towels! The girl with blonde hair is very helpful, always has a welcoming smile! Overall i have had great service and amazing experience!

I just went through the wash. Yes it's a slight drizzle , but I wanted to see how the wash functioned as I was interested in a membership package other than Green Clean. As I entered the attendant doing trash seemed irritated that I was coming through. He just stared and me and preceeded to watch me struggle to buy a wash. I received zero help at the kiosk. The female attendant was cleaning the grates or something. Whatever she was cleaning made the wash smell horrible. The brushes and overall wash was good besides the horrible smell of sewage or old water.

The folks are fine. But unless the brushes are running it's a total waste of time, money and water. The wash and dry, may as well left my car out in the rain. No real pressure to the water and not a lot of improvement in the dirt on the car.
