I was going to make a purchase from the men's department but after going to three different spots to checkout I gave up. Not a single person was found at all three checkouts. They lost a $45.00 sale and my future business.

It’s in the middle of the day on a Tuesday but there’s 10 people in line and each Persia taking 15 minutes!!! All the money Belks makes and they can’t hire more people??? Unbelievable. The clerk answered the phone talked about her vacation or time off, Now clerk has walked away from behind the counter, then someone left their phone and she had to talk to them. Some of us have things to do.

Wish the store was bigger and carried more of the higher end merchandise. Sizes and selection are limited and there are always far more customers that employees. Lines are usually long, but the few employees there are helpful and friendly.

Do not ever go to a Belk ever again once I walked in there I almost fell asleep. The lines are so long that it takes you an hour to go and find a cashier also and never has anything we’re looking for and it’s not the best to bring your teens there.

This location was very nasthe.Bathrooms needed clean in.G and it looked like they had me cleaned in a year.The store itself was disgusting and customer service.It really was lacking. 2 cashiers in the whole store. Can say I won't be stopping here again

This is my second time visiting the Suffolk store
Can’t find a check out and when you do I’m closing my register you need find another cashier open walk around in women too busy to wait on customers then went to shoes no one to service you. I’m sorry to say this is my last time I will ever visit this store. They need self check outs if your people don’t want to wait on customer waiting to check out. Exact same thing happened twice
What happened to customer service???
One clerk had me stand there and said she was checking the stock 30 minutes later I find her at different check out
Wow I use to love driving here but not anymore
Self check out works even though it cut jobs but aleast you don’t have walk Aristide 3-4 times
