Rob Bell (Service Dept) is phenomenal!!! He went above and beyond the last 4 months with my EcoSport. I cannot say enough about the time and effort he put in for us in getting Ford Corporate to fix my car. I am grateful! He and Tracey (GM) went to bat for us time and time again when Ford Corporate would do nothing. If it wasn't for Rob & Tracey I still would not have my car. I will never deal with another dealership other than Barton Ford, Suffolk VA due to these two individuals incredible efforts! Thank you!

The service techs did a great job and always remembered to adjust my oil reminder. Many times it would be forgotten and it was my pet peeve. When they replaced the decals on my windshield, they left it clean and streak free.

Overall great service, quick and easy to check in for appointment. Only 30 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation! Service advisor a little distracted, took him a few minutes to get to me after my vehicle was ready and he handed me the wrong keys when checking out.

What an absolute nightmare - we have faithfully been going here for YEARS due to their excellent customer service, however I recently called to schedule a 20,000 maintenance check up/oil change and simultaneously schedule a recall for my car.
Two days before my appointment I received a text & call informing me that there was an important recall on my car and that I needed to schedule, even though that was the main reason for my appointment. I called three different times and spoke to three different people who all advised each time that my appointment was not showing the recall as part of the request, but that they had fixed it.
The absolute worst part is that when they picked my car up, I received a call that my appointment was submitted as a diesel fuel oil change request - which would have DESTROYED my car. I never once requested this. I was then told that the recall (again, which was the main reason why I scheduled the appointment in the first place) was not requested on my appointment and not completed, and that they were charging me for the oil change even though I prepaid for four years worth of maintenance at the time I purchased my car. They went back and forth and would not return my car to me for several days “due to not closing out my bill” even though I should not have owed anything.
This has hands down been the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had and I am appalled at the lack of communication happening between employees at Barton Ford. This place used to be where we referred our friends and family to because they were notches above the rest, but I genuinely believe this place is ruining people’s cars and incorrectly charging people due to their lack of attention.

Chase Silver really came through for me. Sold me a Ford escape as is. A few days later my check engine light came on and they still looked at it for me and fixed my sensor and the light went away. I really appreciate the good people at Barton Ford. Ford has never let me down for the last decade. Thank you Chase and Barton Ford family. -Cass and Traycy

Superb customer service. I also have a Chevy and the services between Ford and chevy, Ford is 100% better. And we will always buy Ford or Lincoln.

It was easy to make an appointment at a time that was convenient for me. When I arrived, Sam got my car checked in. An hour or so later, Katie let me know my vehicle was ready to go. I was on my way a few minutes later. Good job, Barton Ford,
