Might as well be branded as Autozone general merchandise. They never have parts I need in stock and employees are not knowledgeable at all. Went in for ac flush and younger guy working said "there's no such thing, you don't flush your ac system."

I came in here because I needed a replacement bolt for one that had broke a replacement bolt for one that had broke. I had looked it up ahead of time before I came in here. The staff did not seem too enthused. They tried to look up. They tried to look up it as a regular part and could not find it and told me I had to go to the dealership. I used the metric measuring tool and found out what size I needed for sure and basically found the part I needed on my own.

Store Manager Matt Miller went above and beyond customer service to meet my need. He walked out in the rain to install my windshield wipers, so I could get home.They were S-class Mercedes wipers so they took a little bit of effort. Now the first set did not work . He had to do it a second time - in the rain!-. Matt served me with smiles. He seemed very delighted to please. And, he was very courteous alongside shop- mate Mr Alex Lopez.
