The people and techs are VERY POLITE.That being said If for any reason you try to talk to ANYONE OVER THE PHONE FORGET IT. I’ve called and been on hold for 20 minutes only to receive a prompt telling me no one is available to take my call. AND if you leave a VM Don’t expect a return call for days if not weeks. On the several times I left a VM , I received a call back 8 days later and another call back days after that. So several people returned my call DAYS later. It gives me the impression that inter office communication needs ALOT of attention. AGAIN EVERY DR AND ESPECIALLY THE TECHS ARE EXTREMELY PLEASANT. But you really need to work on answering the phone.

Haven’t been to a dentist since a kid and the staff at Aspen Dental made me feel right at home. Everyone was really kind, informative and patient. I had many concerns, questions and thoughts. Everyone I came across had no problem in informing me and helping me understand everything. I thank them so much for their service.

The entire staff was awesome. I would recommend Aspen Dental to other people. They are caring & showed concern for my oral health. They are very professional. The hygienist Patricia was very professional. She did an awesome job; highly recommended ??.

I had difficulty arranging transportation to pick me up that fit their schedule. They changed their schedule to save me from frustration. Everyone was so caring of their patients' needs. They made me feel loved and that is almost unheard of in a professional or medical setting! I highly recommend their services as they also showed me where another dentist gave me a filling when I could swear he was supposed to have given me a crown. Now, I'll for sure get the crown I was supposed to already have! I also felt so comfortable there ecause at least three different ethics worked there. Now that's the kind of inclusion I can get behind of every day! God bless Aspen DENTAL and associates for ever and ever day!

If I could give this office a lower score I would. They are extremely unprofessional. The staff lack experience and are not held accountable for their actions. In the process of preparation for a bridge I had to return on at least 3 separate occasions because something was missed. I would call several times and get no answers. I would then have to visit the office which was a inconvenience to me, to get answers and updates in reference to my care. Today I called the office for an emergency, my bridge fell off and broke and was I told by the office manager Kiera that I could be put on the schedule for 10/24. I then asked what they do for emergency services because I am in pain and she said I could walk in but that doesn't mean they would see me. I then asked if they had another location and she stated they have many, and I asked if I could be seen at another location. She stated "Like I said, you can walk in but that doesn't mean you will be seen". I said you didn't answer my question. Kiera has an EXTREMELY NASTY attitude and was RUDE. I asked her if I could speak to someone else and she told me she was the only one in the office. I then stated, so you are telling me you are the only one in that office right now. She said "yes". I then asked for Corporates number to file a complaint and Kiera stated "I don't have it". I asked for the number again and she stated "YOU CAN GOOGLE IT". "I PUSH A BUTTON ON THE PHONE SO LOOK IT UP". I have NEVER felt more disrespected in a place where I spend my money for a service. I don't care how nice Dr. Tyson is, his office will not be successful until he changes his staff. They have no regard for CUSTOMER SERVICE and LACK NECESSARY SKILLS to provide accurate and efficient care. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE! YOU WILL REGRET IT! Your time will be waisted here with numerous trips back to the office because they have no clue what they are doing. I was able to get corporates number for a lady named Shay at the VB office who was extremely helpful and have since filed a complaint. I am waiting for the regional manager to return my call.

I began my experience with Aspen Dental in October 2022, and initially, things went well. Dr. Tyson was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and even had great taste in music. My purpose for visiting Aspen was to have some teeth extracted and get partial dentures. However, the entire process took nearly a year. After the teeth removal, they provided me with temporary dentures that unfortunately broke within a week. It took two weeks to get them fixed, only for them to break again after another two weeks. Eventually, they made me a new set of temporary dentures that lasted until I received my permanent dentures in August 2023. Unfortunately, one of the teeth in my permanent dentures fell out after just one month.I attempted to contact my Aspen office multiple times, but unfortunately, they were not responsive in returning my calls. This lack of communication and follow-up has been a recurring issue at this particular office. On three separate occasions, I showed up for scheduled appointments, only to be told they were canceled. This has been a frustrating experience not just for me, but also for my wife, who I had recommended to this office. She has been dealing with a toothache, and it took three months of cancellations before they finally performed the tooth removal, and only because she had to complain.Currently, my dentures are with Aspen for repairs, and they have informed me that it will take a month to fix them. Overall, I must say that this has been the worst dental office experience I have ever had. Over time, they have demonstrated unprofessionalism and a lack of trustworthiness, which is disheartening considering the significant amount of money spent on dental work. My wife currently has money in her account that was pre-paid for her scheduled dental plan, and the whole situation feels quite ridiculous, considering the challenges one has to go through to receive dental work at the current prices.At this point, I cannot recommend anyone else to go to Aspen Dental for dental work, despite the fact that Dr. Tyson is excellent. I am unsure if the office is understaffed or if the current staff lacks the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively. However, the level of customer service provided is extremely poor, and this should be a significant concern for a company as large as Aspen Dental, as it is the customers who keep the business running.

I would give zero stars if I could. I called this provider in August and was told they didn’t have any appointments until early September. My original scheduled appointment was Saturday, September 9. I got a call in the evening on September 8 telling me that they are not open on Saturdays and I would have to reschedule. My appointment was rescheduled for September 19 at 10 AM.When I arrived, their sign on the door said they were open on Saturdays by appointment only. If this is the case, they lied when they cancelled my originally scheduled Saturday appointment. I arrived to the office at 9:45 AM and by 10:50 AM, I was still sitting in the waiting room. I was never told they were running late, I was never communicated with as far as what the holdup was at all. There were at least 4 or 5 people who came in after me, and 3 of them were called back while I still waiting in the waiting room. I heard the receptionist, calling to verify my insurance at 10:45 in the morning, talking, as if she was trying to whisper….45 mins after my scheduled appointment time. So much for time management skills! My information should have been verified prior my appt time! When I told her I needed to reschedule because of them taking too long, she nonchalantly, said “OK“ and then did nothing. No apology for the inconvenience, no explanations for why it took so long, etc. I ended up, leaving without a rescheduled appointment and still have not had my tooth concern evaluated. I will not refer anyone to this company nor will I reschedule an appointment for this company. It was a complete waste of my time, not once but twice. Do better Aspen! Patient’s time is just as valuable as yours.

An aire in the office among the staff of professionalism less than what was expected. There was a patient who had her appointment rescheduled and had been waiting to be seen for over an hour. The staff had no idea how to resolve the issue. There was a spouse of a patient seeking to get a prescription filled for the patient who had been three days earlier. The issue was not resolved or attended to for at least 30 minutes. It was just an unexpected level of professionalism.

Scheduled an emergency visit and had the confirmation on the phone for the location and time. Arrived 15 minutes early as instructed and no one is there. Had to call the 1-800 number to reach anyone only to find out they closed early without explanation and never called to let us know.Looking at the previous reviews, this location seems to be going downhill pretty fast. I doubt I will attempt to do anything at this location going forward.I keep seeing replies from the owner but it's clear nothing is changing.

So I tried giving the benefit of the doubt again for sum girl to not write a prescription after I’ve gotten teeth pulled, turn around and call them no one answers then I call an on call nurse never hear anything now the office isn’t picking up the phone, how you pull teeth from someone’s mouth and not remember to write a prescription? I’m getting a refund for my next appt and I’m not thinking bout going back

WARNING! Don’t make an online appointment to this office. They’re ‘system has been down for a month’ and you will arrive to not be on their schedule. Especially concerning when you have a chipped tooth and are told you can’t be seen for weeks when you arrive.As an aside, I could never get through via phone during their business hours. As I was waiting in line I understood why as I watched the front desk person continually silenced the phone. So basically, you can’t get through by phone or by online scheduling.

The absolute worst customer service ever! My mom’s first set of dentures had her looking like buckey. They had to perform a new scan “ the updated technology that didn’t work the first time.” I had to continue calling the office (they hardly ever answer the phone- no need in leaving a V/M they don’t call back), for an update. After weeks of calling, finally got a live person- they had my mom’s new dentures (didn’t call), and she now has to wait 3 weeks to take possession. Waiting on her teeth, she has lost 10lbs because she can’t eat. We started this process on June 19, today is Aug 10, she can’t be seen until Aug 29….unless there is a cancellation.Terrible, terrible company. Let this place be your absolute last resort.

I had my extractions for my dentures 5 days ago. Over the weekend and today(Monday) I was and still am in excruciating pain. I called a few times and couldn't get thru, left a detailed message but no call back from them. They didn't prescribe anything for pain not even ibuprofen or anything. They didn't prescribe any antibiotics even though they told me I had infection under just about every tooth. The whole process took over three and a half hours. The dentist seemed aggravated with me cuz I was still feeling pain, he wanted me to come back two days later and when I expressed that I wanted to finish it that day n not have to come back, This also seemed to aggravate him. He kept walking out of the room, I guess to calm down. He made me feel like I was overreacting about the the pain n actually said there's no way I could still feel pain after all the numbing he gave me. I just dealt with it cuz didn't want him to get mad at me. His tone had attitude and didn't speak to me at all when I was finished and leaving. This was the worst medical experience I've ever had in my life, I don't recommend ANY ONE got to this office.

Do not go to apsen in suffolk! I never had issues with them not until i wanted an invisalign! After my check up their system was down and could not give me the cost. I have been calling them multiple times to know about the cost and so i can get an appointment but nobody answers their phone and if they do they will say they will call me back for sure. Theyve been telling me this for 4x already and its been almost 2 months and i still did not receive a call back! Very bad customer service!!
