My pants has been lost for the past 3 months plus and I can’t get an answer from anyone there. All I’m being told is Tony will call you to do a claim or tell you where your pants are. NOTHING!!!

I totally agree with the rest of the majority reviews: this is the WORST dry cleaners I have ever encountered! I brought a brand new sweater jacket in on December 3, 2022. By December 30th they still hadn’t found it! The store manager (Store # 80) who sits there doing nothing but pick her teeth, said I would get a check for the cost of the jacket. Today (1/7/23) I went back in. No check, no apologies, and the ‘Manager’ would not give me her name. She did give me main number but would not speak to the woman there on my phone. “Tell her to call the store”, she barked at me. That got me no where as it turns out store”Manager” had never sent the request for compensation in to main store. When I ‘threatened’ small claims court, Manager finally worked up enough energy to stand, and proceeded to yell at me to get out of store saying I was threatening her! Yeah, with legal action!! This place is a circus, and the customers are the trained animals, drawn in by promises of refreshed clothes, providing entertainment to the employees as they hold out hoops for us to jump through. This circus animal is breaking free! If you like your clothes cleaned, and returned, in a timely manner from a company who treats their customers like valued people, then run from Albano Cleaners!!

1:15 pm on 11/5/20. Young woman behind the counter was not wearing a mask. Sign on the door says masks required. I asked, “Please put on a mask.” She got snippy & rude, I told her I will not be back, & I will be reporting her. I WILL NOT BE BACK!

They lost a $70 dress shirt I dropped off for dry cleaning my grandfather gave me. Left two messages with the manager who never called me back. Won’t be receiving my business in the future.

They have lost my suit and shirt which I needed for a meeting in a few days. Someone else's slacks came back with my ticket. They found the suit six days later and the shirt eight days later. I had to go there five times for the same clothes. The white shirt came back with a stain and a hole on the collar. They offered no compensation. With a smirk she asked if I wanted to send it back, as if I would ever set foot back in there again.

I've been coming to this location since they've open and the customer service is still excellent. The manager Shenita is outstanding and will go the extra mile to help out when l have a problem. Thanks for being my number 1 cleaners.
