The cashier, which was a white male. The time 5:02p.m, 08/01/24. He was very smart mouth and rude. He was stuffing bags into another bag, none of my business, my thought was it must be trash. Pumping my gas van pulls up, he come out with the bags stuffed under his arm. I think if wasn't trying to get the things into the bags before the other cashier came back into the store. He might wouldn't been so rude. AJS

This store has gotten better since the employee Jameson got at store he always have a smile on his face he greet you when you walk in he is just amazing they need more employees like him he know how to multitask very well get you in and out and his very polite all that he do he should be a manger and you can tell he love what he do

I have always had a good experience with the staff. That’s most important to me. The property could be cleaner though, and the trash cans are overflowing often.

Straight trash. Poorly Managed, disgusting building, and careless ownership. Just tear the whole thing down and restart. The employees are pretty fair, doing all they can do in that little store that seems to be consistently busy. Props to them. And hey, why say you don’t buy the new and limited products like the newest mtn dew? These things will sell well if you buy the appropriate amount! Use business sense! A disservice to what used to be Circle K

Every time I go in here there is less stuff on the shelves. Today their entire candy aisle, half the soda freezer and half the chips aisle is empty and this is just normal for this place. Always a long line of people buying lottery tickets so I guess they don't care about selling snacks. Absolute worst convenience store I have ever stepped foot in.

Worst 7 11 in Suffolk VA. The Dike girl didn't even try to give me my change. Didn't even wait to see if I was gonna leave it. Just took it upon herself or his self whatever. Only 17 cents but it was mines. Started to drag that dude or woman, whatever the hell it was.

Hey I want to talk to the owner whoever working December 8th Thursday at 11:30pm refusing people beer along with everyone in my family because she doesn't know how to do her job. We been customers for several years. Buying the shelf never causing problems. I would love the owner to see how she's acting

It's supposed to be 24/7 but they keep closing the doors in the middle of the night and won't let anyone inside. I've never seen any 7-11 closed they are always 24 hours and even Google says their doors are always open and this particular location is 24 hours. I know that staffing is difficult and the location can be dangerous, as they have been robbed on multiple occasions but come on, not even posting a sign on when you will be open again or anything. This has happened to me at least 3 different times.

I am up here now trying to get coffee before work and unfortunately it's as it is every morning I come just about there is a sign on the door that says closed till 5:30 a.m. sorry and it's now 5:51a.m. and the sign is still there and no one is in the store but all the lights are on and the door is unlocked I wish they would just shut this place down. Not to mention they have missed about the six cars of people. There are a lot of warehouses and factories in the area so people a store like this to be open before they go to work and when they get off of work and this store is such a failure I will be contacting the better Business bureau!
