Worst 7-11 I've ever been to. Almost all the pumps either don't take payment or they won't pump any gas after you finish with your card. The older dark skin man just stood there grinning saying "yea they don't work." No signage or anything saying they are having issues. Never had a good experience here in the past few months.

Ordered online; hot dogs were only luke warm when recieved and there was no condiment option. 17 lb bag of ice was a reasonably good price compared to other stores including other 7-Eleven stores in the area.

I don't frequent this 7-11 much, but the 2 of the 3 times I have been there were bad. I came in once with an $80 scratch off winning ticket and was told there was not enough cash in the register to cover it. fast forward 4 months later, different winning amount and same excuse, not enough money to cover the winning and tried to exchange the winning $$$ for more tickets. No thank you! I went a little further up the road to a different 7-11 and had no issues with receiving the winning funds. I am going to report this particular one to the Lottery officials to let them know 7-11 does not fully support the program. The Cashier handed me my winning scratch off stating, "I can't cover this and congratulations." 1928 Holland road location in Suffolk VA. 23434

There is cheating here, be careful!!! in the evening I bought 2 servings of chicken, he gave me the price of 35 dollars for 2 servings.
Without touching the goods I asked to return 1 portion because it is very expensive, he says I can’t. Only a supervisor can do this, come at 7 am the next day.
Think before using the services of this company.

ONE OF THE BEST 711 I’ve been to in very long time!! Management was very nice as well as the cashier! Exceptionally clean restroom!!!

Stopped at this location on way to Virginia Beach tonight for snacks. Observed the employee cleaning the gas pumps while smoking a cigarette.

We went out of our way to get here. Could not pay at pump and could not get our discount inside. After conflicting instructions from the cashier and not receiving our discount, we were finally told that's why we couldn't pay at the pump.
