I can’t say enough good things about this business. I purchased a brand new zero turn lawn mower from them when my original purchase/deal with another business fell through. For the first time in a long time I felt as a customer I mattered to these guys. We only had one problem, but they made it right in outstanding time and fashion. I live over an hour away but they definitely have my business for life. Thank you guys for being amazing. The customer service & care is A+++++

"Bambozzled" My wife went there friday to buy a ariens snowblower and it was on sale for $850 normally 1400 applied for a loan that day. Monday comes the loan gets denied, no big deal. She went there to just buy it out right for the $850 and they tell me its not that price and that they dont carry the version we are looking for. The lady was clueless and a liar, the gentleman was an honest man working for a corrupt business. even says on the loan was not denied to credit that they can choose to deny whoever they want so they openly admitted to discrimination of a disabled autistic person shameful

I purchased a few screws and got home and realized they were the wrong size. I returned to the store to purchase the correct size. I walked in and headed straight to the isle I needed. I realized it was darker in the store. Another customer was walking towards the counter. I thought maybe they are closing soon. An employee came around the corner, stopped and looked at me. I started to explain I had bought the wrong size but felt like something was off. He said yes and told me which size I needed but seemed put off. I asked what time do you close? He said we are already closed. I said ok I’ll come back another time and headed for the door. He said you’re good. I was locked in and had to wait for an employee to let me out. When I sat down in my car it was 6:02 pm. They close at 6:00 pm. Fantastic customer service. Clearly they wanted the hell out of there and made it clear. I can literally see Ace from my front porch but I don’t think I’ll be back. Shop local they say, not when you’re made to feel like an inconvenience.
