Y’all want a bad review here you go. I called yesterday. I left a voicemail stating that I needed three medications refilled. I also called again and left the prescription number to make sure that they would be filled. Called today. They didn’t have any of my medication‘s ready. Then when I talk to the pharmacist, they said that I had refills for all of my prescriptions. I go to the pharmacy to pick up my meds because I’m told in a text message that both of them were ready. Guess what, one of them did not have a refill on it even though the pharmacist said that they did. Thennnn the little girl at the window had the nerve to catch an attitude because I asked if she could ask someone else about this cause I was told differently. Never using them again. Worst place!!!

After difficulties with corporately owned pharmacies, this pharmacy is a breath of fresh air. They seem to keep needed medications on hand, fill orders quickly, communicate clearly, and are reliably open as scheduled. The staff are always pleasant to work with as well.

Had to call 3 times to fix a prescription issue. Finally solved once I was listened to! I’ve had an issue both times I’ve had this prescription fill at this pharmacy since transferring my prescriptions here. Please do better!

I wanted to transfer my meds here because it was cause to home and the convenience of it. So I tried it out. I had two prescriptions filled that normally would have cost me $14 total, ended up costing me $40 and was told my insurance wouldn't cover one of them. Which is strange because the other place I was going to, my insurance covered every one of my meds. For the convenience, it was great, drove right up, and picked up. But to MORE than double what I had been paying, I can't go with the convenience. I will have to just stick with the place I was going. I am a senior and can't pay more than double what I had been paying for meds.

I love this pharmacy! I've tried CVS, Walgreens, and even Rite Aid when it was open and am so glad my family switched to Stuart's Draft Family Pharmacy. There is always plenty of staff working. And, they are helpful, courteous, and quick. Prescriptions are filled within a couple of hours. If it's a medicine they don't typically carry and have to order, it's in within 1 business day.

I was working in the area and decided to get a flu shot during my lunch break. Walked in to this pharmacy and was in and out in TEN minutes, I kid you not. Staff members were extremely friendly and helpful even if I've never filled at this pharmacy before. As a pharmacist myself, I know how long inputting insurance info and preparing the shot can take and I applaud this pharmacy for their quick service. I was vaccinated by pharmacist Daniel Grant I believe was his name and it was probably the least painful shot I've ever received. I barely felt it. Will be coming back and definitely will be recommending Stuarts Draft Family Pharmacy to others!

The people who work here actually know who you are! They are Friendly and professional all at once. They care about their customers. You don't get that kind of service or attention in too many places any more. I am confident in their service and consultations. As long as I am in Stuart's Draft I will be using this pharmacy.
