“The juniors girls clothes are so cute with a great selection and sizes. Found 3 outfits for someone's special Birthday.
The cashier was so sweet and kind I cannot remember her name. She was working Monday July 15 around 10 am at the 1st register closest to the front door.
I was having a bit of a problem tapping my credit card for payment. She came around to help and was very understanding and patient.
I'm very grateful to her for her kindness.”

“Big Lots has come a long way over the years. Even though they were sold out of what I was looking for, they did show they stocked it and the price was competitive with online prices. Their furniture is very decent and staff has been normally friendly and helpful!”

“Nice Walmart. It’s clean and stocked well. The older gentlemen who are greeters are very nice. Just wish truck drivers wouldn’t park in the parking lot taking up spots. Some days there are at least 3-4 trucks parked. I personally like to park far out. They also have a tendency to block the entrances to turn into the parking lot because it’s not wide enough for them to properly turn out. Minor inconvenience as a shopper but still.”
“This is a nice clean store! Very good store for anyone on a budget! The lady who checked us out was so sweet and friendly! We love the selection of hair care products especially for anyone with natural hair. LOVE the pink slippers! They have things for the entire family and we love that!! Paired the slippers with the one size fits most heart long night shirt (cozy). It was also nice and quiet in the store. We would definitely recommend this location. They are close to a lot of other store's (Walmart, Family Dollar, Dollar General, CVS etc.).”

“I lost my phone today in a shopping cart, so went to the service counter and gave them my wife’s phone number. A few hours later she received a call ,phone was found. The least I could do was give them some cash in my pocket but they refused and said “this is just our job”. I can’t describe my appreciation with words. “I have had good service at the Staunton Virginia WalMart. I recognize that, like most WalMart stores, there is a shortage of employees to accommodate the large number of customers. This is not by any means the employees fault. That would be a management issue.I also had a very positive experience with the Staunton WalMart Pharmacy.I transferred several prescriptions from out of state and was able to renew and pickup my medications within hours. I appreciate good, reliable service.”

“They have very good cole slaw and maccaroni salad. Service can be slow though when you try to get a counter person's attention. I still recommend stopping by the deli if you are shopping in Wal Mart.”
“Line was backed up two people working front and always go get prescription and they say will be 15 minutes get 200 feet away and get text it's ready then you have to get back in line and wait agian.”
