Nobody cares more about Patrick County than Dr.Cole! I have calling on him since 1986. He will always do the right thing for patients! Have been calling on him for many years and he is one of the most caring providers I have ever known! He will always do the right thing for patients! If you are not happy with Dr. Cole , I would say the problem is you!

Billed for 3 appointments in 4 months that were incomplete. 2 appointments staff failed to call in meds until I took time to track down. 1 appointment staff failed for 2 months to send paperwork to surgeon. I had to hand deliver paperwork to surgeon. I should be paid for gas and time.

I needed health care but I had an old bill that belonged to my ex-wife an they wouldn't see me due to the outstanding balance that they could go back and see wasn't me that had all the charges but with them that didn't matter they left me without a PCP doctor an without the medical attention that I needed it's all about the money here boys and girls so God forbid you are in need of urgent medical care an you owe a few dollars because here you'll be left to fend for yourself if you owe them a dollar. What's the world coming to.

This review only has to do with the office manager. I have contacted her numerous times about a refund that is due on my children's accounts from a visit at urgent care last December and it hasn't been refunded as of yet. In December it will be a year since they went to the urgent care and she doesn't have the time to refund their money. I think they need a new office manager or someone that can refund money other than her if she's that busy. No doubt if we owed the office money she would have already sent it to collections. The other staff members have been as helpful as they can be but they all agree she's the only one who can refund they money.

Today was the first time my mother has been to a doctor in 33 years!!! The staff at Patrick County Family practice was very kind and helpful, from the young lady that registered us in to the nurse practitioner, Kaitlyn Cobler. You guys rock!! You went above and beyond all my expectations.
