“I bought an HE351CW 62 kit to assemble myself. Some excellent videos on-line help get all the tricky details of assembly satisfied. I bought a spring wastegate elsewhere. I fitted it to my 1st gen Dodge Cummins and it has transformed the truck's performance. EGTs are good and boost is a vast improvement over stock. I'm delighted with Austin's product. More important it enables my old truck to keep up with modern traffic on hills. With the OEM turbo I was a source of frustration to following traffic. I also upgraded the VE pump,exhaust manifold,intake and fitted a 4" exhaust system . Yes, you maybe able to get a pre-assembled bigger turbo for less but you'll never know about the parts nor build quality until it's too late. This kit was a good investment.”
