Worst pharmacy on the planet. The male pharmacist is rude. They would rather stand around and chitchat than help a line of people. Won't fix their own mess ups if they get your prescription wrong. Won't order meds in a timely manner if they don't have them in stock. Seems like the manager of this store doesn't care. Do better.

If you like:
being lied to,
talked down to,
pharmacists taking two weeks while filling your prescription,
sometimes not having your prescription filled at all,
your automatic refill to, in fact, not be automatic,
and being over-charged...
Then you'll LOVE the Walgreens in Strasburg.

Wiorst experience at pharmacy. Lady at window definately hates her job and was rude and rolling her eyes. I drove off without my prescriptions and had to get filled elsewhere. My family switched pharmacies long ago now I know why!

Terrible customer service. Moved all Rx's to Walmart. Would rather drive further than deal with this Walgreens and incompetent staff. Went down hill fast after Paula left:(

Absolutely incompetent and have no regard for a person's medical prescriptions! They deserve 0 stars because they have 0 care for people. They are a disgraceful company and will never get another cent from me or my children for as long as we live!

Every single time I find myself NEEDING to go through this drive thru, I get stuck behind people getting covid tests. I had to wait 25 minutes just now before giving up and going inside. If you’re looking for a reasonable wait time and efficiency in the drive thru lane, you should probably avoid this Walgreens. Absolutely absurd. There should be a separate lane open for covid tests.

A standard Walgreens. it's great that while traveling, i know what I can get from here. There were several employees who greeted me while I shopped, & the cashier was very polite. The paper plates & allergy medicine were reasonable priced compared to what I'm used to paying in TN. More convenient & better quality stuff than the "dollar store" up the road.

Staff at the drive up window do not acknowledge you when you drive up. You can be sitting there for 5 minutes and they won't even make eye contact or say "I'll be with you in a minute" while they're doing other things. If you have an appointment for a covid test, they don't have it ready for you and you will need to wait another 5 minutes for them to prepare it.
