We stopped by during normal business hours according to Google and the note on the door. We called the man and he says he's only open Thursdays Fridays and Saturdays. He should update his hours ad we drove out of the way to get here.

The other reviews are spot on. This is a must stop if you are in the market for antique American furniture from the 18th and 19th centuries. On top of the beautiful furniture, the owner is engaging and knowledgeable. Go.

We had a lovely time at this antique store. The owner gave us an “Antiques 101” crash course - he was so knowledgeable and charismatic and willing to share his passion for antiquing. We will definitely return to furnish our home.

It is rare that my breath catches when I enter an antique store, but it does happen at this one. The quality and unique character of so much of the stock is simply outstanding. Also, a friendly and thoroughly knowledgeable proprietor, who offers outstanding customer service makes browsing and buying a true pleasure. A must stop when I am in Virginia!

The caliber of his pieces are absolutely incredible! While his prices reflect the quality, the experience of seeing his vast collection of beautiful furniture was awesome. A must see and certainly an experience for the discerning collector.
