Twice now we have had an issue with our packages. The lady who does the route was about to pull off the first time and I just happened to walk out on the porch. She saw me and started yelling at me to come to her so i did and she was not rude or anything but she sais she saw a beware of dog sign which okay maybe that did worry her even though wwe have no dogs and the sign must have been there feom previous ppl idk but i took it down and made sure she knew there were no dogs at all here. Then yesterday about three weeks from the first incident i had a package that she said was undeliverable because the mail box was full. The package is carrying a new pedestal fan How is that going to fit in a mailbox in the first place. She once again just didn't want to deliver our stuff . I mean its obvious that has to be taken to the house . The first package that she made me walk to her to get wasnt half as big and she brought that to the house . She just automatically decided she'd deem it undeliverable in my opinion.

Above and beyond. I had a package that was one of those UPS>local usps carrier deals and tracking said it was delivered. I went in and explained the situation and someone came out personally and looked in the boxes on my street and found it was in wrong box. They hand delivered to my door. Thank u !

Every time I go in, I feel like the guy hates his job. He’s not necessarily friendly , Not rude at all just not very warm and welcoming. Just a smile hi how are you doing? Sometimes can change someone’s day.

why do the drivers mark a delivery as 'mailbox is full' when the package simply doesnt fit in a gang box? this is very concerning to me and wondering what other shortcuts are taken on the regular. they drive into the neighborhood for every other delivery.......if this happens again i'll be filing an official complaint. one chance is all you get

A very helpful employee was gracious to everyone who came through while I was there, including myself. I found everything I needed - box, packing material, and tape - to package my shipment. Street parking was available for free, but limited either to a quick drop off space or 12-minute parking. I asked, "Why 12 minutes?" And ... it remains a mystery. LOL Even needing to package my shipment, I was in and out within that time frame.For travelers: General Delivery is available.

Waited 30 minutes on the phone to try and explain I've been getting someone else's mail for 2 years. The lady barely spoke English at the "United States Postal Service call center" and then hung up on me. Waste of space and tax dollars. It amazese the review score is even over 2.0.

Strasburg's USPS office has no automated system. I've called them more than 7 times. The phone rings, goes blank and suddenly hangs up with no response. I have a package in limbo, and the other USPS offices are confused about what's going on with Strasburg's USPS office.

Awful mail delivery, missed important documents for days because they can’t get out and put the mail in my box, the mail person literally drive in 7 circles around my street just to make sure they don’t have to stand up.
