Purchased a battery and was assured by sales person I could return if person I bought it for didn't like it. When I tried to return was told no returns on vapes, I objected stating it not a vape but a battery, unopened. Was informed she was going to call police. Owner doesn't back employees, threatening police action. Maybe tobacco hut will take enough business from them they close. Bad, bad business

Do your homework prior to purchasing any item from this store. I purchased a Geekvape S100. If I had shopped online I could have purchased for $27 cheaper with free shipping. When I contacted the store, thinking they had made an error, I was told this was because they are a small business? To be successful in a small business your prices need to be more closely competitive or inline with other small businesses.

I am a non-smoker, but I stop in because they have a wide variety of Kratom products which I do use. Tyler is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I always enjoy visiting there.

Can't see the disposable vape mods I see one I want and was told not to pay attention to the flavors so that right there lost a sale and why would you sell a dugout without the pipe in the box that right there lost a sale I mean come on really why even sell it I won't be back no thanks

Wide array of vaping products for every walk of life or need. At no fault of their own some of the Delta 9 products,the Cake brand specifically,have issues and it is a buyer beware market. There's no way to ensure you bought a quality cartridge and there is no way to ensure them from a fraudulent return. It's been my experience that the Blue Ridge line they offer is superior.
