I would give them zero stars if possible. NEVER LET THEM TOUCH YOUR NAILS!!!
I finally let my nails grow and decided to have them shaped and manicured. I went to this nail salon and asked for a French manicure. They put gels on my nails. It looked nice but I decided since my nails were so strong and healthy I didn’t want to keep gels and just wanted regular polish. I returned after 2.5 weeks and asked them to remove the gels and just give me regular polish.
The woman taking the gels off seemed very angry and was very rough. She removed the gels and only put one coat of nail polish and no base coat. Needless to say that it started chipping within 2 days. I removed the polish and then I saw the girl had damaged and gouged every one of my nails. My nails started breaking off all the way down to the quick. I had to file all my nails completely off.
Now I just realized they introduced a nail fungal infection to my nails and am going to a Doctor for treatment.
They destroyed my hands and my nails after just going there 2 times. You should not trust this salon!

I’ve been here three times and always get great service. My husband also enjoys their pedicures. I think an appointment really helps but I stopped in at 3 on a Thursday without issue.

I really wanted to love this place. When I went previously I had a nice pedicure. Nothing special but standard. I went last week and was extremely disappointed. I had an appointment and wasn't taken back for my pedicure until about 25 minutes had already passed. My water was not even warm. The pedicure was ok but my legs weren't scrubbed or massaged. It was extremely basic and even though I asked for the spa pedicure,I didn't get everything that was included. My nails were prepped for gel while getting my pedicure but I was never instructed to wash my hands. When he finally started on my gel manicure he was pushy and rough. I figured if he was this rough hopefully they would be nice. Although the color was cute, not a single nail lasted a week!! The very next day two of my nails had already chipped! It's been 6 days and every single nail has no gel on it. He never even took the gel up to my nailbed or over to the sides of my nail. I'm extremely disappointed and will not be returning!Services: Pedicure

Walked in to get a pedicure around 4p. I was abruptly told "we don't have time today". For curiosity sake I called to request the same service and was offered an appointment time. I asked for clarification on the difference in information and wasn't given an answer.

I absolutely love this business and the employees here! Julie usually does my nails and she’s SO fast and amazing and what she does! I even brought in my 7 year old for a kid manicure for her birthday and they were great with her! Highly recommend!Services: Gel manicures

Overall it was nice good hygiene I got gel but I didn’t wash me hands which was weird and left a lot of dust and I had a sore spot on my thumb and they took the medal drum Al and made me bleed but it was ok I guess I recommend this place but be careful about having cuts around your cuticles but they gave me cuticle oil which helped but I do recommend this place and their cheap for gelServices: Manicure

I was really scared to come here because of the “bad reviews”. I made an appointment and they didn’t start my nails until 20mins later of my appointment, which isn’t a issue for me because I wasn’t rushing but they also didn’t mention anything.A guy (I don’t know his name) came in and took over my nail and I think he did a great job. He did not ask me to wash my hands and I thought it was a little odd but other than that I think he did a great job on my nails. He left the table without saying anything and a lady came and took over and finished up for him. Again, I don’t care lol as long as my nails getting done it’s fine. But there’s room for communication improvements for sure.Tip is only in cash,I did not know about that but they were nice and told me I could bring next time I come in. Overall the place looks clean and I will be coming back.

I’m a traveling Nurse..this was the worse service I have ever received. The man that provided service to me was rude, disrespectful. I asked for a pedicure and a nail fill. He didn’t ask me what type of pedicure I wanted. I have never been treated so poorly. I will not recommend this business to anybody.Service: Pedicure
