Dropped in while traveling last week, and had a great experience. Fantastic highly skilled instructor who kept things fun and taught a very detailed and useful lesson. Great training partners. Nice facility. Everything you want in a BJJ and martial arts gym. Highly recommend!

I've been taking boxing classes here twice a week for about 2 months and have learned so much already. The instructors are very knowledgeable and they do a great job of teaching.

This is a positive atmosphere, with positive people… it’s all about individual improvement and development within a team environment, all while learning a skill that nobody can take away from you… why wouldn’t you go! I just want that double end bag to strike.
