Very secure place. Cameras, key code gate, and a gentleman who is always there. As for a deposit mentioned, I do not recall a deposit. I do remember being asked for the for three months in advance, and at worst, that may set you up to think payment is once a quarter.

Pulled my RV out of storage today (3/31/2017) because I got the opportunity to sell it on a consignment lot. My bank had already sent an automatic payment for the month of April, which hadn't been cashed yet. Payments are due on the 1st of every month. The contract doesn't require advanced notice for departure, but I would have gladly given it had I known sooner. The staff at APC Storage offered to tear up the check rather than cash it as a favor to a veteran. I really appreciated that. Never had any problems at this place. Fairly priced and very friendly. Thanks!

These guys want a deposit and the contract contains no stipulation for its return. So, they get an extra month of rent for nothing. The contract offers no tenant protections form landlord abuse and does not guarantee (or even mention) you getting your deposit back. Sign at your own risk. Buyer Beware. You can write in a line on the contract and have the owner initial it regarding your deposit. If they are unwilling to do so, then it is obvious that the intent is to defraud.

If you need a storage this is the place! Stored my motorhome over the winter. The staff is so caring and thorough. I definitely never felt like I had to worry about anything while it was parked at their facility. It was a pleasure doing business with them.
