This store deserves ZERO stars, but Google made me give one star. I went in to cash a lottery ticket in to get gas in my car and they couldn't cash a $20.00 ticket, before 7AM. They don't care if people have to be at work before or by 7am. Only ONE or TWO people know how to load any type of cards. It's ridiculous.

Exceptional Service and Courtesy From DestinyComing in and wondering if THIS was a 7-11 where I could get your amazing Waffle Sandwich, I was not expecting a clerk to be SO genuinely pleasant and accommodating as was Destiny, who not only OFFERED to MAKE one just for me, (even though it's served USUALLY only at breakfast) but in the face of a hoard of demanding customers, and with what appeared to be little help, she was FLYING all around just to please everyone. Question: WHY is it that clerks like this who receive you SO well are not Managers, especially at THAT 7-11? I was even ridiculed /criticised by the person (who I THINK was the Manager) months ago for WEARING A MASK! THAT is another story. THANK YOU though for Destiny, AND for the association you HAVE with her!

My 73-year old mother and I had a maintenance issue at this store on a hot Saturday evening. We had to wait five hours for a tow truck. Virginia was so thoughtful checking in on us and making sure we were okay. It made an otherwise dreadful situation much more bearable! Thanks so much to the staff at this store for taking great care of us! You all went above and beyond for sure!

Ok! I got 2 large slurpees and they both tasted awful. I went in to just see if I could exchange 1 for a different flavor! Nope they charged me for it. If it wasn't for my daughter I'd have not done it! I will never. Ever stop at a 7-11 again! Ever
