Agree with James T. in with my experience. Nothing against the folks but Multiple errors. I tried to be understanding but waiting 4 weeks for new glasses is a little too long for me. High volume practice.

Totally irritated with this location. Went to select frames with my husband and the lady was so rude. she sat in her chair, didn't even get up to help us. when we asked about which shelves to select from, she acted as if we didn't know anything. as if I was a new immigrant. I have lived here my whole life and didn't get that kind of judgmental treatment. never going back!!!

Update: After speaking with Lamia from the relations department, she stated we can reach back out to her with my family member's issue. I have reached out 3 times and left 3 voicemails in the last 3 weeks with no response from her or anyone. So the owner's response below is not true. Unprofessional management, long wait times, and still got me order wrong. They're either inexperienced or they just don't care, especially their manager. After 4 weeks of waiting for my glasses and with zero updates unless I called, Just looking at my new pair I pointed out what's wrong with them. They stated that they \\\"inspect\\\" them. I wonder how they didn't find that issue (Transition lense). Also, one of my family members had issues with the glasses received from here two years in a row now. After years of going there this place got worst the last two years.

I am asking patients to weary when using Associates in Eyecare Stone Ridge Pc. I strongly urge the clinic to improve its communication with patients regarding procedures and costs. Informed consent is a basic right that should not be overlooked. Transparent pricing practices would also go a long way in creating a more positive patient experience.The clinic performed tests on my mother-in-law without obtaining her consent. As a patient, I believe it's crucial to be informed and have the opportunity to consent to any procedures. This lack of transparency has left her feeling uncomfortable and disrespected.

I have been a patient at this office for many years. I have always been satisfied with my level of care, but recently they have exceeded my expectations. I got an eye infection while on vacation, and the Office Manager (Cindy) was so helpful. She listened to me explain everything, relayed my questions to Dr. Vaziri, and called me back to explain what I should do. She also called me again just to check on me at the end of the business day. I was so touched by that thoughtful gesture! Dr. Vaziri was also kind to take the time to answer my questions. She is very knowledgeable and clearly genuinely cares about her patients. Every time I see her in the office, I feel very well cared for. I've had great experiences with everyone in that office, but I wanted to take the time to publicly praise Cindy and Dr. Vaziri.

This place is terrible. They are slow, they are expensive, and when they do finally deliver the glasses they tend to be wrong. Everytime I have used this office the order was wrong. Then I need to reschedule to fix the error since they refuse to do refunds.

They don't deserve any stars—pathetic service. I was diagnosed with conjunctivitis, and the doc prescribed antibiotic, but I was told I would not have any symptoms. But I had flu symptoms and was in bad shape for the next two days. Since then, I've been trying to contact the doctor to discuss my illness, but no luck. They have a bunch of inefficient doctors who don't have time to look after their patients. Last few days, I've been only talking to the front desk technicians, which is of no use. Please try to listen to your patients; they won't contact you unless they are sick. STRICTLY AVOID THIS PLACE.

I came to visit family from out of state, and I forgot to pack contact lenses. I called this location, and Cindy was able to find me some sample lenses to pick up right away! Amazing customer service ❤️

Update:Don't plan on ever getting your new glasses anytime soon because they won't call, text, update portal, or email you that your glasses have come in two weeks ago.I have called multiple times at different times of day to the extension given to me with no answer; so Patient relations department is useless.Billing is a nightmare they over charge use $1200 dollar and we are still waiting for a $95 refund. They will happily take your money instantly, but you have to wait 2 plus weeks for a refund.(excluding weekends)

This place has gone down hill since the switch to MyEyeDr. The doctors are great but the overall practice is disorganized and chaotic. The receptionists struggle with the most basic customer service skills. Orders take forever to arrive and the system for picking them up is terrible. My son has been without lenses for nearly a month after we’ve ordered them and it’s impossible to get a real answer on their status. This place used to be a hidden gem of our community and now it’s a barely functioning corporate mess.

Unbelievable. We tried to set up an appointment for 3 family members on one day and they told us their policy is only 2 members per day? Seriously??!!! And so much of the eyewear is locked. How can you try anything on in an efficient manner? And then one male representative was talking SOOOO loudly I feel like I know the personal info and struggles of the patient he was helping. Definitely finding another place.

I tried this office once and was quoted the very most expensive lenses they offer, as if that was my only choice. I called them on it, and they quoted the very most basic lenses. Sketchy at best, so I went elsewhere. That was two years ago. On December 20, I had my yearly eye exam and decided to try this optician again because they had changed management. Different name, same horrible service. A young apparently part-time optician pulled the exact same scam--quoting me the most expensive REPLACEMENT lenses that, even with insurance, would have been almost $400. When I called him on it, he again quoted the very cheapest. I had done my homework and knew the quality and brand my insurance covered, and I asked him specifically, and he quoted me those lenses at under $300. He told me it would be a week and a half to two weeks. The day after the two week deadline I called and was told he would be returning my call the same day. He did not. I called the next day and was told by him that he had made a mistake in tracing my lenses and I needed to come back in and have them re-measured and resubmitted. That was a Thursday, and he said the lenses would be sent on Friday and I would have them by Monday or Tuesday. after I left the office, I walked next-door to the grocery store and got nauseous and realized something was wrong with my glasses. I went back with my glasses in my hand, and they nonchalantly said, "oh we must've put the lenses in the wrong sides. Sorry." it took them another 10 minutes to give me back my glasses. This is Thursday after three more telephone calls, the last with the manager, I am being told that my lenses will not be available for at least another 10 days and "nothing they could do." The manager, Sidney, tried to blame it on the holiday, on the lab back up, on having to ship my lenses from the Tampa, FL, lab--anything except their piss, poor service. When I questioned that last excuse, she walked it back and said well, it didn't matter because all of the labs ship overnight. She actually admitted to padding the amount of time it takes to get the lenses so that if they come in early, I will be pleasantly surprised! For real! I have talked to four people and they were all giving me a different expectation of when my lenses will be available. This office is not credible and I absolutely do not recommend them for anything! I love my eye doctor, Dr. Jaffe, and highly recommend her services. Get your prescription and take it somewhere else to be filled!

I have mixed feelings about the place. The Dr. was extraordinary and professional but after nearly a month I'm still waiting for my glasses and I'm about to travel soon for a couple months. The glasses were promised in 5-10 days. I called back 16 days later and they told me that I picked up my glasses (news to me!). Then after promising me to check on them and call me back they didn't so I called them the next day. The story now was that my frames were on back-order but they put an expedite to the lab and I should get them in 5 days. Then nothing! I called again and now the story is that I "returned" the glasses the day I purchased them, then they were re-ordered that day I called 2 weeks later. That was when I was told they were "backordered" when I first checked back. So I can't get a straight story and I still don't have the glasses (now they say I'll get them in two days, maybe). I would cancel to get a refund but the thing has already gone through my insurance. Next time I'll stick with the Dr. who was top notch and just get my glasses done at Costco who've never given me such a run around.
