I've been going here for years and have never had any problems. I've asked them to shorten some of my pants, remove various stains, and re-attach buttons and everything has been done very well.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon 2 weeks ago, there were 2 older ladies behind the counters (one at the sewing station and one at the check-in/out). As I entered the business I cheerfully said "Hello" neither woman looked up to acknowledge me standing there. I waited for a minute of being completely ignored, they didn't even notice when I walked out. I really wanted to support a small family, minority owned business. I ended up taking my business to a chain dry cleaners Zips where I can pay less and get some kind of decent acknowledgement when I come in there to spend my hard earned money.

Not a regular customer, just use them from time to time. Mostly for formal attire and custom tailoring. Job was done right and on time. The workers seemed pleasant. A bit of a language barrier, but not a big issue. Will continue to use in the future.

I took brand new jeans to alter, they messaged up all of them, even thought they changed me a lot for length and taper. They didn’t even do any tapper. I had to throw my all three brand new jeans. Never use this place.Service: Clothing alterations & repairs

Great customer service! I've used this cleaner for over 15 years. Prices have increased over the years like everything else, but the service is great. They are very friendly and go the extra mile to clean and repair my family's clothing. I highly recommend them

Surprised by negative reviews. Then again it's just a dry cleaner, I'm not particularly emotionally invested in a dry cleaner. Used to take stuff every week, now less because it's no longer necessary. Never had an issue with how anything looked when I got it back. I've taken a very expensive wool blanket and it came back looking great. I take good sweaters to them and they all come back looking so nice. I tried to take my Christmas tree skirt that got mold on it and the woman actually told me how to clean it myself, and it worked! The only reason 4 stars and not 5 is because one time I took them a cardigan and because of its style, I was charged for a cape, which it was not, and that was very expensive. I didn't realize it until after I paid. Other than that, I think their standard prices are very reasonable (my sweaters start to vary in price, but I just took 2 in for $6 something each).

Just doesn't have customer service at all. Price is high and all the employees are rude. Don't go there not good experience.

Small, convenient, friendly. Easy to drop off clothes, but their standard times are a bit slow.
