Ran in right at 5:00. They let me in. I then preceded to watch the manager deal with an incredibly rude customer with grace and excellent customer service. When it was my turn, I ended up needing to open an account. Paul was so friendly even though it was after closing. Really appreciate the help and attitude of everyone there. Thank you!

Only 1 ATM machine available at this location. Waited 15 minutes for a transaction as there were several cars in line

As the leader in banking with bad service they are now graduating to horrible scheduling for Saturday's that are typically busy. The line is practically out of the door and at one point there was one person at the counter. Craziness at its best. I don't bank here or with this organization but a deposit needed to be made and every visit is cringe worthy.

Seriously BofA! Hire more people and make sure they don't move slower than molasses. There is never enough tellers to accommodate the line of customers in the store. I can't imagine how terrible it will be when the drive thru finally opens.

This bank is very poorly managed. If you have the misfortune of having to complete a transaction inside the bank, it generally turns into a nightmare. The wait is generally very long because there is usually only one teller working. If you question why more personnel are not assigned to this location, the standard response, regardless of the time of day, will be, ''the other teller is at lunch". With the increase in the amount of new homes, condominiums as well as town homes that are being constructed very close to its location, you would think that Bank of America would address this situation.

One of the worst Bank of America places you can ever go to. It not like BOA even cares about there clients. They don't care nor do they ever give you a proper response, for there lack of cares and process with there clients! Great example I'm sitting here right now in there waiting room with 6 other clients when there so called "VP's" of whatever they like to label themselves to be. Here is a PIC of 3 so called VP's! Just joking and laughing away, while the lobby is packed up with clients waiting to be served and there is only ONE Teller serving and ONE office desk with a customer. The rest of them are doing absolutely nothing! While I have been waiting here for over 45 min and counting, I see clients pissed off as much as I am right now! While other clients are storming out to use the ATM machine to make there deposits. This place is careless and non considerate of there clients time and needs! That said I can say that about almost any BOA location you walk into. Its time for me to switch banks for everything! Do you think BOA will really cares if you leave them as a client? I'll let you answer that!
