Very painful to try and schedule. Not reliable to show when scheduled. Call backs never happen. Would not reccomend except for the locality of the landfill. Most beneficial finacially.

We received incorrect bills. I have tried to reach out to either my account manager or the billing department many times but the problem hasn't been solved. The phone system is terrible --- I had to explain the issue again and again to random people whoever picked up the calls. Many times I was on hold for an hours or more and still couldn't talk to the right person responsible for handling it. I also sent emails but never received a response. It has been a very frustrating experience. Two years in a row, the bills have been messed up every Dec. I wouldn't recommend anybody to use this company. Unless you expect no issues in the future. Otherwise nobody would solve problems for you.

Orlando ALWAYS does a perfect job when he unloads my dumpster. I have it at an angle, in a particular spot, and it's somewhat close to where I have my tank truck parked. Orlando just gets it right every time. There was just one time it was wonky and I ran out and asked if he could move it just a bit. No problem. Fixed in a minute. Thank you, Orlando!
