I came in to the store today after 10 am and I was told it opens at 11 am, came on later tonight and was told different hours!

The staff are so fun and kind I love making night trip over there. I moved around the area not too long ago and used to make night trips to get takis whenever I craved, but they never had the original only the new wave takis which was disappointing. But now they have them in stock so it's all good.

I'm not sure why I never reviewed the grocery store I have been frequenting for almost 30 years. My family stops here at least four or five times a week. I have always trusted the Giant brand, to include the fact it is one of the only union grocery chains left (cue the jingle "look for...the union label). Bonus buys, gas points, online discounts....this place has everything! This is not the fanciest store (or Giant) in the area, but it is the store where I've gotten to know a few of the long time employees, run in to my friends and neighbors and can find most items with a blindfold on (to be clear, I don't advocate shopping with a blindfold on). The prices are always reasonable, the produce and meat are always fresh and you don't have to feel stressed while shopping. During the peak of the pandemic, their curbside pick-up didn't markup the prices (looking at you Wegman's) and the service was amazing. The store is clean, comfortable and well lit. Most customers wear masks (bonus points) and the employees are always friendly and helpful. Having shopped in other "upscale" grocery stores (looking at you Wegman's), the meat prices are among the best around. I never feel like I am being up-sold or tempted to try the newest boutique items. Giant also has a "yellow tag" markdown system for items that are close to expiration, which I appreciate. We have dozens of grocery choices in this area of Fairfax County, but I always come back to the Giant. It's like the old friend that is always there for you when the new friend lets you down.

To be clear this is for the Pharmacy. Granted it was about to close. But it was not closing time. I asked for my meds to be filled and the first thing she said was. Sorry it's almost 9. Nah. That did not sit right with me. If you are working in the medical field. You should put the patients first. I will be doing a follow up complaint with their general manager.

We have always enjoyed shopping at a Giant Supermarket. There are none in Richmond VA. The store was clean and the people were helpful.

This is my local Giant and I love the employees here! Olga is such a sweet, friendly cashier. She honestly brightens my day with her smile each time I go through her line. I've also had really awesome service at the Customer Service desk with the younger ladies who have always been helpful and kind. There's an older lady I'm not very fond of because she sort of gave me an attitude when I had a question over the phone and always looks grumpy during my visits. I try to avoid her. The weekend crew also seems pretty chill. They gave out free hand sanitizers during a period of time and let me pick out three hand-sized cute ones with the Frozen theme while I was at self-checkout. I've been able to find items here that are not always available in smaller grocery stores or at Walmart (which I rarely venture into anymore), such as hot hoagie and Mexican hot chili powder. I like the croissants here and also try to check out their bakery items when they're at reduced price. I'm glad to have this Giant as my local big-chain grocery store and it's mostly because of the employees here. They all deserve a raise! (GIVE THEM A RAISE! GIVE THEM A RAISE! GIVE THEM A RAISE!)

Stopped by to pick up sandwiches and other food items. Everything was easy to find and nicely organized. The staff was helpful and attentive. Overall, this was positive experience!

I hate this Giant. The staff are rude, it had no self checkout lanes until now, it's very ugly. The worst Giant ever! 0 stars!

First off, this is the only Giant out of the 4 I've been to that doesn't monitor customers walking in to ensure they are wearing masks. Thus the odds are good you will run into more than one person not wearing a mask. Given the haphazard manner in which quite a few Giant employees barely wear their masks, I can only conclude that this store's management doesn't care about the health of their customers or employees.

This is the best pharmacy in Virginia. Specifically, Kyle is an absolute pleasure to see and very professional. But, that IUD's true of the entire staff; they text you when your medicine is ready, help you navigate the complicated process between the insurance company and your doctor...but, most of all they are friendly. It's be lost without this team.
