I use the drive through window. There is great service when it’s my turn. However, there is always a wait. They seem understaffed.

After the terrible service I had at CVS I switched pharmacies and the service has been excellent. They even took the time to show me how to use my insulin. Kudos for their excellent customer service.

Let me start by stating the quality service I received at the Wegman's Pharmacy also get notification when my prescription are ready, during the high of the pandemic the made sure that I had all my medication the clerks are always professional and courteous it an one shop stop I also get my shots there I am glad I had change to Wegman's Pharmacy

Our son takes 5 meds that all seem to renew at different intervals, but Wegman’s does a great job taking care of us in a timely, friendly competent manner. Thank you Wegman’s Pharmacy!

Overall, I love Wegmans. But the pharmacy is proving a bloody nightmare. Recently, the physician lost one of my Rx's. And I know they received it, because when I tried to fill it earlier, they told me it was too soon on the basis that I already had the same Rx from another doctor. Fair enough, I thought. I recently tried to fill it, and no dice. I was told they have no record of it, blah, blah blah. Even worse, the associate at the counter was patronizing, telling me that I just need to understand that they need a prescription and that obviously my physician didn't call it in -- even though I was sitting right there, with the call on speakerphone, when he did. The employee in question, Alexis, also tried telling me that Etodolac is basically the same thing as the anti-spasmodic that had been described. It is not, and it is dangerous to ad lib with people's health like that. Sure enough, after I finally just said, "I've had enough. Don't bother" the phone rings and -- you guessed it -- they found the Rx. And the next day another missing Rx showed up. I'd add that this isn't the first or even the second time I've run into these sorts of issues at Wegmans. So, I am packing up and headed elsewhere for my prescriptions. And given the seriousness of having employees ad lobbing about what Rx's do what, I strongly suggest others do the same.

Have been a long term customer since we moved to Sterling over 5 years ago. The pharmacy team has always taken care of our needs and gone above and beyond to address concerns on multiple occasions. Would recommend them to everyone.

Went here today, had absolute pleasure of interacting with the pharmacy tech Emily. She is an absolute joy. She is concerned about patients, diligent, and just a good person. The pharmacist this evening however, he is not any of these. After refusing to accept a special offer from a discount app, he was put on the phone (my phone) with their company representative (he was insistent they were closed, they were not)... turns out he was wrong... he didn't like that too much, spitefully filled the script, threw MY phone on the counter and walked away... caught both Emily and I off guard. I thanked him for his help, he rolled his eyes and walked away again with out saying anything. 5 stars for Emily, 4 stars for Wegmans and negative 7 stars for this pharmacist. Unfortunately I didn't catch his name as he wouldn't get close enough to read name tag, nor is it on pill bottle or paperwork, but he was pharmacist working tonight 8/24/19... he's the worst. Will be at cvs moving forward.

I don't know how Cole from Oklahoma was in Sterling VA but my pharmacy experience has been great. I am on a maintenance medication and they make sure I have it on time and nicely text me when it is ready for pick up.

This location is a short drive from Sterling, Virginia, which put it very close to our hotel! It is in a very large Wegmans and there are a variety of hot and cold self serve bars. In addition, there is a coffee 'shop,' sub sandwich 'shop,' Mexican and sushi 'shops.'

Other than for weekly groceries, I tend to buy via on-line shopping but with this store it's always an adventure with their fresh produce, super Fresh seafood, and their selection of meats and vegetables (some farm direct)! Their cafe is a great starting point to grab a coffee, Tea or drink along with a host of breakfast sandwiches or just a simple bagel or muffin. I can't wait for their new store toOpen next week as with each new store more fantastic items are brought out forThe customers.

They were unhelpful on the phone. They were slow in person when getting my information. They also took over twice as long as they said they were going to take. The entire time this was going on, they were quite rude.
